>>108514481revert to and keep improve windows 10either purge legacy ui or adopt win 10 standard for ui
>>108514481>How would (You) improve it and make it better?I would (as Microsoft) take Windows 7's source code and release it under the AGPLv3+NIGGER license. Thus enabling people to base open source projects off it, give it security and hardware updates, etc., and basically crushing Linux in the open-source world because nobody would fucking use Linux if they could get native Windows binary support with their FOSS, but, because of the +NIGGER license, I wouldn't have to worry about other businesses using it because it would require them to use the nigger-word, and every corpo entity would still buy a copy of Windows from us so that they wouldn't have to have a license file containing the word "nigger" on their corpo machines while all the freetards would run Windows 7.Thus the FOSS world would run on Windows, and as Microsoft we'd retain our iron grip on the corpo world. Total Microsoft domination.

I just get on dating apps and start chatting with the ones who like my profile, eventually you get a bunch of FWBs girls you can text anytime and the occasional cockhungry ones who are willing to drive 80 miles to get railed for a for a couple hours. solved both my boredom and loneliness, hell I'm average at best albeit somewhat muscular. If ur a fag its even easier literally you will get random men asking to worship your cock and sending unsolicited ass photos begging for it.

>>108522219it's possible, look for distcc cross compiling
>>108522361What are you talking about? What options?
>>108522219it is possible to setup distcc with a cross-compiler (see crossdev) on a foreign system, so the compilation can be handled by your amd64 machine. you can do it with emulation, but it's not necessary, you don't need to be able to execute binaries in order to compile them
>>108512233I liked crunchbang, but it got shuttered, sadly.
>>108521345Some things are practically unpackageable under Fedora's licensing requirements or simply don't have enough interest. You can find a copr, use flatpak / appimage, or find another distro that provides better builds.
Is this actually a sound argument? Saying we only had the technology to land on the moon in the 1970's sounds really stupid and fuels disbelief no matter how you phrase it.

/g/ anons who have been here for more than 10 years and still use Windows: why?
>>108522353I spent years fiddling with pretty much every Linux distro, DE, and WM you could imagine, and always found some unresolvable shortcoming or other annoyance. I finally decided I was going to tolerate those shortcomings and switched to Arch + KDE full time for a couple of years, but then the Plasma 5 -> 6 update was a complete dumpster fire. Used Kubuntu for about a year, then switched to W11 IoT LTSC and it's been mostly fine. That said, nearly every issue I had with Plasma 6 has been resolved (except one or two), so I will probably make the switch back soon.

>>108522353Why bother spending dozens of hours learning a new os when i can debloat windows in 30 minutes?Wayland doesn’t even let you overclock a gpu, libreoffice doesn’t even support tables, there is nothing even remotely as good as autohotkey (and it flat out doesn’t work on wayland anyway because lol use case for automation??). Things like that.
>>108522353I'm sure you're familiar with the argument that terraforming Mars to escape some 20th-century idea of an environmental apocalypse is dumb because if you have the technology and resources to turn Mars into Earth you also have the ability to turn Earth back into Earth, a lot easier.
