NTA but by the way he said it, seem like he has a LLM trained specifically for boards here that serve as a proxy for data and analyze the content of OPs post with the image and then send data to him based on whatever he trained it for.
Basically AI sees all OPs on a board, let's say /g/ and it just describes it and then if description falls under FILTER trained part it hides it.
