Theoretically, can you completely de-India your computer by only using software without any Indian commits? Linus removed all Russian code from the Linux kernel, so something like this is certainly doable.

What's a good base to start with for building a non-Indian OS under a free licence? Arch?

> be me, Nepali expat
> wake up Sept 4, apps gone: FB, IG, WhatsApp, YT, X, Reddit, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, Signal, Clubhouse, Rumble +14 more
Actual scoop:
- Supreme Court ordered social platforms to register locally by Aug 28 or face shutdown
- 26 platforms blacked out; only TikTok & Viber complied
Gov’t stance on VPNs:
- Official decree labels VPNs “unregistered tunnels” and “cyberthreats”
- State media warns: using VPN is unsafe, illegal, may lead to fines or arrest
Why it matters:
1. Freedom of speech wiped out for 30M Nepalis
2. Creators & small businesses lose income overnight
3. People forced to VPN risk legal trouble on top of surveillance

Because every single russian is competent enough to circumvent those. This thread is entirely focused on the politics instead of the technolo/g/ though so they can drown for all I care.
The real fucked up business in russia is just starting with a government mandated everything app, the next generation of russkis will be fucked out of technical literacy by design.

You have to market it, retard. Shill it on social media and so on, buy ads if you're really desperate.

I have an open source project and I literally NEVER advertised it, the entire audience consists of 20 users because some time ago someone randomly stumbled upon it and posted it on his large telegram channel kek

Practicing yeetcodes (I look at the answers if I don't get it in 5 minutes) and relearning C++. My current job is stable but it teaches me NOTHING. I have 3 YOE and nothing to show for it. I have yet to see a job posting I will be suitable for out of the thousands I checked. Sure I can just lie my way into an interview but if they have any shred of competency then they will expose me on the spot.
I am relearning C++ because literally the only job posts I see where they don't demand expertise with 10000 libraries and frameworks are just C++ jobs that just want familiarity with Linux and multithreaded coding lol.

Trial Scumming NAI again. Honestly, if I were a checkpoint maker, I would generate my dataset from here, the colors, lines and styles are very high quality.

The colors are beautiful. Three more gens and I'll attach the catbox. It has the NAI prompting style and will not be compatible with SDXL, but who knows...

Maybe it will be illegal to train from here? Is that why CocoNoobAI or El3gy Loras were taken down?

You can attach a USB network adapter to the Zero through an OTG cable, or you can attach the Zero itself as a gadget to a computer and use the virtual ethernet adapter drivers.

For how long have images been automatically tagged and described in archives?? Is there content analysis being performed behind the scenes of all content posted? Is this being done on 4chan itself now or just the archives?
See text tooltip above the image being hovered over, using Imagus for hover zoom on all sites.
Has anyone discovered this before?
Discuss.

NTA but by the way he said it, seem like he has a LLM trained specifically for boards here that serve as a proxy for data and analyze the content of OPs post with the image and then send data to him based on whatever he trained it for.
Basically AI sees all OPs on a board, let's say /g/ and it just describes it and then if description falls under FILTER trained part it hides it.
Example:
>OP posts about some Iphone feature and and mocks android users for being poor and not having said feature along with some image that goes with the post and said image is a screen-capture from X/twitter
AI surmises it as
>Post that mocks android users and praises Iphone ones with image from a X post which praises iOS.
Then it just hides that thread and sends data to user because he trained it remove X related images and/or posts that mock others.
It seems interesting and I might try it if I figure out some details.
But who knows? Maybe he is just a pajeet who is bullshitting.
>>
>>106497270
>Stupid question with obvious answers
You have to be a fool to think that a question which is obvious to you has no merit to other people, and it creates an opportunity for discussion, which can lead to new ideas you hadn't considered.
>>
>>106498756
Thank you very much, anon. I needed the code, but for a personal project of mine. Do I need to enable the model first before AI.run()? May I ask which open model is best for tagging text?

that's correct. between the rampant corruption and absolutely endless and numerous wars it has started or been involved with, very hard to convince anyone to invest anything into that place unless its to use it for its dirt cheap labor force. no real incentive to get anyone to invest there - regardless of labor conditions.
