the thing is the model doesn't just create 1 output for each input token, there are probably hundreds. and it picks the one with the highest probability of being correct. I don't see why it would be infeasible for the probability to be given along with the output token. the information exists.

/hsg/ is about learning and expanding your horizons. Know all about NAS? Learn virtualisation. Spun up some VMs? Learn about networking by standing up a OPNsense/PFsense box and configuring some VLANs. There's always more to learn and chances to grow. Think you’re god-tier already? Setup OpenStack and report back.

Install Gentoo. Or whatever flavour of *nix is best for the job or most comfy for you. Jellyfin/Emby/Plex to replace Netflix, Nextcloud to replace Googlel, Ampache/Navidrome to replace Spotify, the list goes on. Look at the awesome self-hosted list and ask.

proxmox + xpenology is good starting point.
my setup is small ssd with proxmox and pass though hard drive for xpenology.
proxmox gives you lots of flexibility for testing stuff.
>>
proxmox also collects an insane amount of info including the hard coded serial numbers of every single piece of hardware, including USB devices

>multiple users
How many are we talking? You can encode like 7 or 8 4k streams on an intel 770 igpu, and as I recall the maximum for 1080p h265 to 1080p h264 is like 25 or 27 or something. Older ones would struggle with more than a few, but 770 and above have two transcode sections in the igpu which make them quite fast.

>igpu can't match a 3060
They're actually faster than 3000 series cards for some stuff, and the video quality is generally better. Not enormously so on the latest chips nvidia chips, but still better. Plus intel's igpus support srv-io so you can share them between multiple services.

>>106981812
Easy clustering, native ZFS support without having to roll your own kernel with DKMS, ease of management, etc. The webgui is generally pretty decent as well, but all of the command line tools are well put together. Why spend time rolling out a bunch of custom scripting for stuff when you can install proxmox and have it work out of the box?

the environment is not sterile at all and you can be edgy as much as you like. No vapid boomer managers, no eggless female HRs, and most importantly, no dumb toddlers, and it's upholds actual genuine family values.

the weird thing is - it only happens when i play League of Legends (i know its a dogshit game, my friends like to play it) which confuses me because its not very intensive.
I just ran battlefield 6 for over an hour, every setting maxed out, 4k - not a single crash or any issue whatsoever.
when playing league, my pc isnt stressed at all, so its not like its overheating and cutting out, it just instantly powers off. But appears to leave the 5v rail active as the RAM led and power switch stay lit up. Very odd.

Whoever made this chart is color blind. The color labeled as violet is more of a pinkish color than anything. Meanwhile, the actual violet flower which the color shares a name with is a much darker purple.

Pic related is what violet should look like.

You stupid fuck. Do you think people who start using Mint give a shit about Linux "needing them"? they do it because Microsoft is slowly making their OS a malvertisement filled ChatGPT with updates that break the device half the time.
People install Mint or other derivatives as a last resort not so they can become a part of your culture.

I haven't used it, but according to a lot of comments online it's a smooth experience. But I'm sure this all depends on how much you fuck around with it.
>>
>>106983298
Like maybe a month? Anyway, you can completely avoid ever having the issue I'm talking about by installing your nvidia driver using dkms. (provided they release header files together with their kernel)

It probably got fixed within a day at most, but some guy couldn't install CachyOS because of it lol
