What's the deal with a lot of these big battery chink phones barely edging out Samsung's battery life, and if they do it takes a 6500mAh+ battery? Is it just shit software? For example, in GSMArena's battery tests the OnePlus 13 edges out the S25U's active use score by only 40 minutes despite having a 20% larger battery

What the fuck is the point of these? Who has ever used the right side modifier keys for anything since the invention of the personal computer?

They should put a screen there that plays Grubhub ads and locks your keyboard until you watch it
>>
>>107573406
This, holy fuck.
These idiots are literally paying more money for less keys.
They're probably all zoomers who grew up having only used phone/tablet keyboards.
>>
I use them occasionally. like if I have to hit alt then L i'll use the right side one. i also use the "open menu" key a lot

if anything, hitting that key and my heavy use of alt codes is more "classic computing" than people who insist on using the terminal for everything. while you type "shutdown" with a million switches to make sure the OS doesn't just halt and catch fire, I just hit Super, U, U, Enter

I'd recommend HE400se (or anything Hifiman) to DIY-minded people specifically, because possible issues with it will likely be things like loose solder joints, or comfort in which case they'll want to spend an additional $40 on an aftermarket headband
you can't really complain about channel imbalance at that price point
also holy crap the new captcha is not acceptable

In this ITT we discuss non-x86 ISAs from the past (6502, 68000, Alpha, Itanium, PA-RISC, PowerPC, SuperH, VAX, Z80, PDP-11), the present (ARM, MIPS, POWER, SPARC) and the future (RISC-V, OpenPOWER).

How did they work? I wasn't dumb enough to buy one of these and try them out.
Was the SSD and HDD part exposed to the host as a single drive? Because I know for sure that you'd need SAS to have multiple devices over a single cable and good luck finding a consumer motherboard with a SAS controller.
>>
I stopped buying Seagate after two of these died on me. Meanwhile I still have working 500GB WDs from 15 years ago.

It was a fuckhuge cache, like >>107573175 said. At that scale, the controller is most likely to detect most OS files as the most accessed ones, so it would be mostly/entirely Windows/Linux
