>>107574427Yeah sadly I have been generating a lot today and a solid percentage of them have random third arms sticking out. It honestly seems like a partial downgrade from how it was before the update. Also the spot fix where you can highlight sometimes works and sometimes it totally redoes the rest of the image with a tendency to adjust the lighting/lens focus to the area you highlighted which is usually not the intention...It's not outright terrible and the detail is definitely way, way better than the previous version.
Does anyone know how, using the API, request a PNG image from nano banana pro? The Base64 is always a mime type jpeg
What the fuck is the point of these? Who has ever used the right side modifier keys for anything since the invention of the personal computer?

Only one and a half year left until all programming is completely automated. How are you preparing?
im not preparing i am just programming

By working. If you're good you will always have a job. In IT you can switch to different roles if you really need to. Like product manager, designer, ux researcher, business analyst. There will always be work for people. If you're bellow average plumbing and construction are also there.

>https://old.reddit.com/r/PublicFreakout/comments/1po71o6/a_florida_international_university_professor/Is anyone else pissed watching this? I am not even a zoomer, I graduated 10 years ago. All the RDBMS modelling stuff I learned was wasted time. It was always senior architects designing microservices and databases, not engineers. By the time you become a senior you will have forgotten everything from that class long ago. Them kids just want to get their degree and get the foot in the door working with some WebDev framework ASAP before AI obliterates whatever junior positions are still left, if any. They know they are FUCKED when they get into the job market, who can blame them for not being motivated to study? Why does that dick who graduated before AI/outsourcing get so personal? He even complains about simple spelling mistakes which only indicate that some of the students did not (only) use LLMs.
>>107574685>a thirdThat's probably a third more than at my class a few years back when I was in college right before Covid. Almost all of us just used the slides, class notes and exercises as materials and never checked the books they were based on. Still made it into the industry kek. Maybe our school just had well made class materials.

What are some of the firefox forks/alternatives that dont have any AI shit?
Now that the absolute digital surveillance dystopia is here, that you have no privacy and that soon you will forever be priced out of any possibility of personal computing and forced into the new dumb terminals branded as "cloud computing devices" leaving you with absolutely no computing freedom, I think that time has come for you /g/ to apologize to the man that was ultimately proven right beyond a shadow of doubt.
Yes he is right about the survaliance state, unethical buisness practices leading to privacy invasion and software patent monopolies - he explained the software patent monopoly extremely well. He may been the first person to disect it perfectly. But he is way off on most other things. His end goal seems to NOT be a stateless coercion free society (what I am want) but rather a centralized demsoc luxury welfare state, he like most leftist on Mastodon/Fedi believe Government can solve most problems and markets/competition = bad. Yet he has lost all their respect for going full "sexpest" in the 2000s.I had a talk with AI about his incident, apparently Stallberg's early 2000s essays on pedo defences were likely inspired by Michael Focault, Harry Hay, Gayle Rubin and other radqueer leftist of the 70s-90s. For those who don't know back in the 70s-90s Queer Theory academic leftist were actually trying to normalize sexual intercourse (rape) with boys young as toddlers, it never reached the public, but in old academia it was heavily discussed in books. Stallberg may have read their books in the 2000s. But of course we know how this ended. European Governments and the US and UK public offered to support Gay and Lesbian orgs but only if they ditched NAMBLA , after that there were still some leftist that supported lowering the AOC 1 to 4 years but nothing extreme. Then next wave feminist showed up in the 2010s and decided to cancel people over age gaps and 17 and 21 dating. Now its an "extremely misogynist" opinion to lower the AOC to 17. Then in 2019 Stallberg's statement on Ms. Giuffre was misinterpreted , he meant to say she was concealing her true emotions not to upset Epstein. But normies misinterpreted it as ASKING FOR IT, normies think he is some massive pervert when that likely isn't true, just his autism preventing him from seeing things non-logically. People with autism see the world through a technical lense and ignore the social norms, that's how this BS happens
