they're probably dumping old Q series stock to make Q pro/max standard.

Q series was always overpriced for what it was. That's a good deal for an alu alice. If you're even remotely interested in that layout I say go for it. I don't regret trying alice, it was super easy to get used to.

I managed to get SDL_mixer to build in Visual Studio. I've added the MUSIC_MOD_MODPLUG preprocessor flag. Now I just need to get these errors fixed with the libmodplug source. I don't know what to do past this point. Someone please help.

>>107564809
Yeah, but it's still the best we've got. Cross platform and all. Still not as grim as video playback is for enginedevs at least.
>>
>>107564992
You need to link sdl_mixer during compilation.

On Linux, i add the cflags and libs for use in make to my bashrc. I know that you can just compile by adding the aforementioned as arguments just using clang or gcc too.

I don't know vsc or windows though, or how to link the libraries in that environment.

Because you need 32+GB to compile hello world. There is no spec. They're hostile to anyone trying to build a compiler outside of their control to support it.

But the main reason? Go to the Rust Foundation website and look at who sits on the board of directors, who they work for and who is funding the foundation. That's all you need to know.

you can do it kinda safely.
my old phone still had replaceable ones but the replaceable Chinese one went to shit in a week.
so I took the old pillow and carefully poked a hole with the needle in the outer casing only, put a piece of tape over it and gently squeezed the glasses and then sealed it again.
it still worked for a bit and didn't inflate again.

I have a physical element that impedes my ability to absorb nutrition. I appreciate your condolences, but I specifically don't mention my health issues in specifics because of the very reason that people recommend me books and think that they have the solution to my problem. Nearly always when I mention it. Not that I'm taking a dig at you. It's human nature to want to help, but people here tend to think that they're high and mighty, and they have the one solution that's magically going to cure the suffering person overseas that they know nothing about who mentioned they have a health condition.
Like this guy, for example, mentioning the latest highly restrictive fad diet and increased energy expenditure in order to cure my underweight and other issues that he has zero idea about. >>107564824

Same as back then, it's not about power use while active, it's standby power. The difference between a small fraction of a watt and a few watts is significant.
>>
>>107564835
ironically, most LCDs still draw about the same amount of power as CRTs. You can check the power supplies, they're still 110W. I don't know what they're using all that extra power for, but they are using it.

Technology has gone too far. Companies are obsessed with making phones as thin as possible but is that really what the consumer wants? I've never heard anybody express that that's next improvement they're lusting for.
They're already way too thin making the the experience less satisfying because the feeling in the hand is horrible.
