Nice thank you, also can you link me some sort of switches on aliexpress that fit into that keyboard? I like really quiet ones not very expensive.

they come in linear reds as default, not too loud but requires a tiny bit of pressure to press
cheapest i'd go is outemu peach/lime or kailh box coconut? look around, there are a bunch of cheap switches there that won't break the bank

didn't all its maintainers literally die? also what's the point since it uses openssl and systemd now?
>>
>>107856384
it's a rolling release distro with so few maintainers that it's basically slower-updating than something like Fedora. also it's unironically run by trannies nowadays and on several occasions packages have been rejected due to "ideological" reasons.
it's ridiculously light and I find it interesting distro to fuck around in (the musl version is very solid), it's probably my favorite non-systemd distro out there, but at the end of the day I don't see it lasting too much longer.

I was able to make one that just used the built-in number formatter, but when I wanted to make a custom number formatter it turned out to be way too complex. I looked at the implementation source for the built-in one and it was pages and pages and pages of template metaprogramming and dependencies on other parts of the library implementation internals.
Compared to making a std::ostream operator<< overload, which is trivially easy.
>>
>>107856600
A custom number formatter would be a bit more complicated sure, but it's disingenuous to pretend that you need to implement all the quintillion things the built-in standard library one does.
It's also not really fair to compare the formatter string spec with overloading a single ostream operator: one happens partially at compile time, the other entirely at runtime.
If you want to do all your logic at runtime you can always just write your own toString() method on your custom type and just pass the string to std::format
>>
>>107856641
>A custom number formatter would be a bit more complicated sure
Have you tried it? It's way more complicated than you think if you want it to work with std::format.
Sure you can write a toString function or method, but then why would you use std::format at that point when you could just use a std::stringstream or something.
My point is that std::format / std::print don't need to exist. They don't solve any problem and they add a tremendous amount of complexity to the standard library and make builds take longer.
>>
>>107853449
you've never written anything that would take more than a second to compile.

yeah

>>
>>107856422
They are not equivalent. C indeed depends on the return of B.
In simple words, and chain returns either the first false value or the last value (if all of them are true), or chain returns the first true value or the last value

No use mpv it just works with HDR

assuming your mpv is reasonably up to date it will default to libplacebo and vulkan and handle hdr and dv and reverse tonemapping gracefully by default. you might want to make sure it can see your icc profile though. just add a line to the config file much simpler than the literal russian spyware that madvr embeds to do the same

I have four drives in RAID 10 that I configured a few years ago. It's put together by a Terramaster enclosure and it has been humming pretty loud off and on lately and audio files playing through foobar2000 occasionally halt for a few seconds. The RAID Manager shows no signs of any problems in the S.M.A.R.T data. What is the solution here? I try to turn it off more often now but it's an important drive in my build.
