I was being hyperbolic. I was just saying at least they could use power to stabilize the world at least in the interests of the US. Don't be such a fucking coward fuck hole. You are the reason we are in such shit because we are unwilling to use our power through indirect soft power. Direct power through ruthlessness. You can cry but I think all of the third world should be enslaved if that means my country is prosperous.

I feel it has good and bad points. There's no piss filter, and running the same prompt twice doesn't result in gens looking so samey, but the quality seems slighty worse, and it seems stricter (although, I guess that's more to do with filters, rather than the actual model).

I still feel it is the best when it comes to realistic looking gens, though.

It's a cut down version made for use with IoT devices like industrial computers, which makes it incredibly good as a desktop OS because it has barely any shit in it. IoT LTSC 2024 is pretty much one of the best versions of 11 you can use.

so do you like call up another ISP and be like

and they're like ok NP it's free? o algo
>>
>>107859372
Some ISPs will peer with anyone else for free, for instance Unis often to this.
Those that don't can be handeled by transit services as I mentioned above, and transit services usually charge per MB of traffic.
Bassically these services set up network infrastructure in peering centres and make arangements with all the ISPs that are publicaly available, and the price they charge per MB is essentially dependant on what they're charging.
I explained this in short earlier here aswell.

Good analogy. I guess I just missed the part in the Odin lang website where they harp on about their affection about Norwegians, the Norse religion, and the state of Norway. And you missed the part where American Protestants are so obsessed with Israel that they travel there just for the privilege to work as slaves. But apart for all that, I guess the analogy makes sense

>weekly meeting at my small IT co which is failing in slow motion

these tickets should be addressed day by day but instead we watch him pretend to address them 1 time per week and blow most of them off.

other issues come up in which the root cause is we are not using IT industry standards. instead of just doing that, which would take ~1 week, we have years of problems and 'rigged' work arounds.

boss is terrified to touch the code base to make even a tiny 1 line change because he has decision paralysis
high visibility product has obvious bad data.
boss is arranging the deck chairs on Titanic , "fixing" the most minor issues in the world while major issues go ignored in the corner

Theme: [Accepting suggestions]

>Song submission rules/guidelines
Upload the file somewhere, preferably in a lossless format, and post the link here. If you want to update your track, make a new post.
Include the song title in the post, and make it clear that your song is a submission for the album.
Optionally you may include cover art for your track, but please confirm that the image in your post is the cover art or it won't be included. You may not use your real artist name.
Songs that contain anything against YouTube's policies won't be uploaded on YT, but will still be added to the album.
By default, tracks will be normalised to -14 LUFS (integrated loudness) in the release. You may specify a lower loudness for your track.
Use of AI is banned. This includes AI generated stems, samples, and effects. "AI" includes all neural network-based models and not hard-coded automation/procedural generation. You are allowed to ask an LLM about music-related questions, but asking it to give you musical ideas (eg. generating a chord progression) is already a no-no.

How much math do you actually need to do to be competent at CS? Discrete Math? Linear Algebra? Real and Complex Analysis? Number Theory?
I just went up to Linear Algebra till I dropped outta college. Should I grind more?
>>
>Is roadmap.sh reasonable? Is this meme shit?
i dont fucking know nigga, go read what they have to teach and tell us
>>
>>107861080
logic + set theory, abstract algebra, real analysis, number theory, graph theory, etc... are all great. you should learn as much as time allows. everything in cs is downstream of this kind of math. if you learn this stuff you'll gain the perspective necessary to solve problems in ways truly cracked people do. 100x more effectively and with 10x less effort than your typical zoomer codemonkey.

any monkey can bash his head against the wall, barf out code, and build something that eventually "works", but that's the kind of shit AI is already replacing now and is guaranteed to fully replace in 5-10 years.
>>

>I am a dog shit programmer but i jumped right to learning k8s and got a job from there.

Did you also have any experience with cloud providers to land such a job? That's what every devops positions seem to require around here. I could set a VM and toy with Kubernetes relatively easily since I know Docker well, but I don't think I want to mess with AWS or Azure on my own just to learn
>>
its a complete meme, have a target job you want + ask an ai what you should learn/make to learn the skills it requires
