This is the best linux distro
>stable compared to windows 10
>just werks with the latest software and drivers
>best package manager on linux to date
>minimal bloat, just what you want and nothing else
>got a problem? use timeshift

There's nothing else to use and its relatively easy to insall.
Let me say this, linux is different than windows but the install is no more difficult vs windows 10's install.

Just use fucking arch

In the linux world, "stable" means all your packages are out of date, "unstable" means your packages are new.
In the OC world "stable" means your PC works well, "unstable" means your PC crashes.

Just don't use them, nobody's making you
Installing Arch is trivial using the guide
>>
The only thing that ever made Arch cool was you had to do it yourself and you could be proud to run it
Now it's a baby distro, Arch = Ubuntu baby distro for retards
it's too easy to install
get a real distro that's hard and I'll give you props mintbaby

where do i buy an RCA to HDMI cable and a samsung tv remote for cheap?
walmart.com has both those items for $3ea but i cant order them to a store.
the recycling bin in front of best buy used to have that stuff for free, just dig around, but they removed those.
target or bestbuy will prob sell them for like $10 - $20 ea.
suggestions?

god this samsung TV fucking sucks.
just one hmdi port in the rear and a single button on the tv that only turns the tv on and not off. wtf.

I assumed her side hustle was actually onlyfans as well but I think what's actually going on is she is selling access to "premium advice" on her website which just includes copy-pasted basic bitch material about marketing or something. She wants $1111 for access.
She's successful because she sold some suckers access, and now she is continually successful because other retards buy her program thinking it will make them.rich, the evidence being that people bought it before and she makes mooney. It's a feedback cycle of bullshit.
She's not dressing like that to appeal to men, she's dressing like that to appeal to dumb girls who wish that was them and think that that will be them if they just buy her course

Still got the PS2, but I'm primarily using the bigger CRT in my bedroom with it now. It was a $5 trash pick from a secondhand/salvage store, but it does look surprisingly good for being a literally-who brand (Apparently Advent was a label used by Best Buy in the early/mid-2000s) and has onboard S-video and component video inputs, with my PS2 hooked up to the latter.

And yes, my phone's camera sucks absolute shitholes when it comes to low lighting and extreme lighting differences.
>>
>>106870780
After the trinitron patents expired, there were several TV makers that put out some decent sets.
>>
>>106870974
True. It was also a huge boon for PC monitors, in that short window of time left where CRTs were still the preferable PC display tech outside of space/weight. Not sure if my Advent is a Trinitron clone or not in any case, all I know is that it was apparently a cheapo brand even back in the day (seemingly always bundled with DVD players). My set was made in late 2005, which I gather is close to the last hurrah for decent consumer CRTs.

I think it’s a good skill to have, but I wouldn’t focus on it too much. It’s kind of boring unless you enjoy solving sudoku puzzles in your spare time. I only ever use it for game hacking and malware analysis. I couldn’t imagine trying to reverse an entire program for something as autistic as backward compatibility.

The sooner you move on the girl the higher the chance she thinks you're a desperate faggot. Also it takes about 6 months minimum to weed out crazy bitches and other misfits.

Hang around, get to know her, stay in character (don't be some zany autist or edgelord. be polite and reserved). Make a move when it feels natural and flows well. Or don't. Dry runs are better than rejections, or worse yet being used for sex/ego pets/free food/whatever and dumped.

You just got lucky. It can happen on any filesystem, yes, even XFS, if the power cuts mid-write before all buffers and caches have been flushed and written to disk properly (this happens explicitly on fsync/sync if the application is paranoid about ensuring all data is written).

If you live in a third-world shit hole where power outages occur often then you should really follow the advice of >>106870105
>>
>>106870787
Also I recommend adding the sync flag to your mount options in /etc/fstab.

I used to get corruption a lot on my OpenWRT system until I added that. The sync flag basically stops the buffering and caching and says that every write should trigger a sync. This gives you worse performance but is more reliable.

I still do have to fsck the drive now and again but that's because of the Chink SSD it's running off of.
