I fixed my issue and I'm posting the fix in case anyone ever comes across this post with the same issue:

Extensive googling showed me numerous people all with the exact same issue with 40 series cards. Many never fixed it but they all were using the 12 pin connector for their GPU that came with ThermalTake PSUs just like I was. So I switched it to the 8 pin connectors and problem solved. No crashes or black screens. Any benchmark test I run goes fine and all my monitors work. My wire was faulty and went bad after a year of use. I'm going to contact ThermalTake for a replacement. This looks to be extremely common with 40 series cards and this brand of PSU. If you are using your 12 pin, I'd suggest changing it before your PC crashes like mine did and you do a run around trying to figure out why.

thats what the site originally catered to thats why i said he is right, because his comment is genuine, sincere and true.
its just he didnt understand the shifting culture where this was going to be the way to get rewarded in the future, because its so fucked up; and that is also true, we complain about the cloud daily and governments put important stuff on it, and AWS goes down and you lose money.

He was. Dropbox still isn't profitable, it's just that computers are cheap and VC money is well... also cheap apparently. 600 million in pre IPO vc money burned for something every computer can just do already.
There actual business model provides negative value to the world as every company now thinks they can function without an IT guy. Effectively choking that segment of the market before it's even born.

I'm dilating right now.

I don't know my ear canal size, but it's probably quite small/thin (and long). I can't wear nozzles wider than 5.8mm. I have Ziigaat Doscincos (ordered mesh filters to reduce upper mids and treble). Those nozzles are 6mm at the lip, and the lip is in the middle of nozzle (and not at the tip which is the most common). So with all the tips I've tried, I can't get the nozzles deep into my ears. I've tried small size silicon tips.

I was considering the Tanchjim tips that was posted above. They have two variations. One is 8.2mm long and the other is 9mm. So will the 9mm allow for a deeper fit, or will they just push the nozzles further away from the ear drum and cause more treble spikes?

I think the nozzle is about 4mm long.
>>
>>107119135
the eartip is playing a bigger role than the nozzle usually
unless you have eartips that are known to be short, it`s hard to tell
the tanchjim ones are shorter than average so they might work. my go-to short tips are the coffee ones (whizzer ss20, kbear something, etc. they go by a lot of names) and the trn t tips. both very short and they can also fit larger nozzles

I got proper IBL working. Forgive the apparent exposure, windows does not like HDR screenshots and I had to lower the paper white just to get a decent image. There’s no active lights in this scene other than the IBL. I got an hdr from poly haven and processed it through cmftstudio to get the irradiance and radiance maps. Although the amount of steps and fiddling is not ideal and the resulting cubemap is flipped on the x axis, I’ll probably end up doing the asset processing myself sooner than later. There’s still a lot of tuning and cleanup to do.

>>107118282
Yeah, don't try to do hardcore number crunching in a scripting language. It's best used for things that happen rarely, like "when the player touches the chest, open it and give them an item" (where the checking of whether the player is touching the chest is done in native code, and the script gets called only when the event actually happens)
>>
>>107118057
>>107118093
>>107118977
That is not normal for luajit, which will emit native instructions for number crunching. Something's fucky with what you're doing.

I tried to embed QuickJS to use javascript as scripting language for my game. Building it was trivial, but the documentation was extremely lacking. I could navigate my way around the code, but it didn't really make between the public API and the internal one so I wasted too much time before realizing some function was just not meant to be used by the user. I got everything set up and running at the end, but then I realized javascript is just too bloated for my use case lol. I went back to lua. The syntax is crappy but I can always just transpile it.

The privilege to seek rent should be a time-limited reward to those who finance construction to improve property and build housing. But it doesn't work out. If you limit the rewards, then housing is less valuable giving them less incentive to build new, valuable housing.

A method that actually helps to lower rents AND make being a landlord easier is, perhaps surprisingly, to have a social credit system which includes a tenancy suitability score. Landlords could avoid bad tenants easily. Good tenants = more money, lower costs operating the same property. This would in turn make new rental properties a better speculative investment, creating slightly more oversupply of rentals in the housing market.

Its an "Intelligence" (read spy agency) stuff. Best security method against whistleblowing on illegal spy agency shit is not letting the public know what you are doing with your tools.
