help me perform RAM memory overclocking because the niggers from /v/ chased me away because I went there because it’s dead here, the prodigal son has returned
I have an ASRock B650 LiveMixer, two sets of G.Skill Flare X5, DDR5, 32 GB, 6000 MHz, CL30, that is 4 sticks of 16 GB, and a Ryzen 7 7800X3D.
Currently I have 3600 MHz CL40.
On the ATX ASUS PRIME X670-P motherboard there was a ready preset that worked on all sticks at 6000 MHz CL30, so it is possible.
well, I pasted this to them and that was enough, in English of course; I’ll add that I experimented with ready-made 6000 MHz factory presets from ASRock, but the computer doesn’t boot, I have to remove the battery to reset the BIOS.

Four mixed sticks is boderline impossible to overclock unless on Intel, rip bozo.
If it doesn't post with 4800mhz then lowering the frequency further is the only option.
Or use 2 sticks instead of four, sell the other two while the prices are still high and buy 2x16GB when the prices go back to normal.

And why the fuck would anyone use 4 mixed sticks with AMD lol ?

Oh shit nigger, you have 4x16GB, i thought it was 4x8GB.
OCing this is even harder on AM5 (or outright impossible on most MOBO's).
If you just need your RAM for gaming, i'd just keep two 16GB, put them in dual channel and call it a day, sell the rest.
Why do you need 64GB for anyway ? Local AI ?

reminder that troons orchestrated an hostile take-over of the project.
another reminder that hte project is going downhill ever since, they're censoring their forums, stole project money for themselves, stopped writing docs for nix tools, cheaped out on infrastructure, went on a massive retroactive censorship and witch hunt, doxxing and tried to get fired any while man who was an troon activist and probably more since I stopped following whatever the fuck was happening to this project.

When it is never completed it cannot be insecure.
To wit: Redox-OS. This pile of hype is now over 10 years old and still unusable as a daily driver. Compare this to Linux that was usable as a daily driver in 1995, after 4 years. Or you can compare to SerenityOS (written in c++) which is more recent than Redox-OS but far more usable.
It is symptomatic of the failure of Rust that they are now migrating to Linux to insert their stuff into the kernel and they have also penetrated various distrubutions. For Ubuntu, this resulted in upgrade failures, an unforgivable regression. And they even pumped their code into Ubuntu when it failed the exiting test suite.

Rust is therefore closely connected to severe mental illness and delusions of adequacy.

It ran poorly on a lot of computers that were in use when it came out. It also came pre-installed on a lot of computers which had shit specs and were supremely bloated too, effectively too slow for it. In addition to that the driver model change or whatever it was that MS did starting with Vista brought along a lot of instability / BSODs for a while, as well as trouble with getting older stuff you already had to work with Vista.

Probably they're implementing Sora 2, but like always they are intermittently testing it and removing it for specific accounts/sessions. It was similar back when they launched MAI or they introduced selectable aspect ratio. Lately Microsoft has become quite slow in introducing new OAI models.
>>107886726
Agreed on NBP being the best one at the moment. For me, it's the combination of knowledge and capability to emulate specific artistic styles with an approximation that sometimes is almost uncanny. The improvement over the original Nano Banana was impressive. The only "defect" is that it always re-processes your prompt, I was more used to the consistency of 4o/GPT-Image-1.

I've actually switched my whole workflow to Google, prompt writing in ChatGPT was becoming a pain, it was triggered by everything and anything ("woman+dog? You are a sick zoophile!", "Somewhat sexy 18-years-old woman? You're a paedophile!", etc., etc.)
>>
>>
flowith's NBP seems to be slower than usual, but it's *looks* like it's consistently serving real PNGs again. Except when it gives that "Original expired or unavailable" error (I got it once).

WHY DOESN'T MICROSOFT OFFICE WORK ON LINUX
82 replies and 10 images omitted. Click here to view.

>tangible problems in front of you
the only tangible problem here is that you want to use MS Office because you're already using MS Office and anything other than MS Office is never going to be MS Office because that shit is proprietary, only microjeet can use it

that's a non-issue. For actual work with spreadsheets you can use any of the alternatives, their only drawback is that they're, as stated before, not MS Office and not part of the MS Office walled garden.
>>
>>107889675
>that's a non-issue

Didn't expect the thread to still be up desu.
We did grow up pretty close, I never was sexually attracted towards our mother and my sister never showed any unusual attraction to our father either.
I don't know why but I definitely was sexually attracted to my sister basically as soon as I hit puberty. I never really looked into incest psychologically so no idea why neither I nor my sister are disgusted by it.
Looked up the Westermarck effect and apparently in Jewish communities where children are raised together based on age rather than familial bonds in those groups it's also very rare for people to end up marrying or dating each other even if they aren't related at all. Like 14 out of 3000?
As I said we were really close when I was young and our age gap is not 6 years, it's 3 so we for whatever reason are within that group that just doesn't care. Maybe we were too close when we were children, but I honestly don't remember anything sexual happening between her and me or even really touching each other as some kids do when they're young. We might just be lacking a gene or hormone receptor or whatever that usually prevents biological incest because beyond the social taboo of it I definitely wasn't disgusted by it and if she was for whatever reason she wasn't showing it.

Is it possible for someone to make a virus that infects everything on internet and bring it to a halt?

So Cloudflare is netwatch

But haven't there been worms in 90s and 2000s that caused serious damage or that one North Korean ransomware virus that was infecting hospitals across UK. I don't mean everything on internet but maybe critical infrastructure or devices that will effect most people
>>107889919
They had to insert that one with a usb and its source code is open for you to see
>>
>>107889935
Ultimately networks are too airgapped for some sci-fi malware to suddenly propagate everywhere and destroy everything. The most dangerous vector for malware infection is social engineering. You'd have to invent a virus that does social engineering all on its own to use humans as a vector. Essentially getting the victim to plug in the proverbial stuxnet USB to cross airgaps. But at that point you may as well use social engineering to have these people send you crypto instead, and that's just a regular old scam.
>>
>>107889935
It also traversed various OS's though before finding it's way to the reactor and then deposited a specific virus for that system. The basic idea is that a single malware would contain versions of itself for various systems and then just make the relevant one the outer layer with copies of the other versions inside it so it can infect anything. This would require vulnerabilities for all those systems though which is what makes it difficult.
>>
>>107889962
What about Azeri click malware that idf has that needs no social engineering?

Can someone please explain to me how to get started with torrenting?

I want to get Photoshop and Adobe Premier Pro. And also start keeping my own media library.
