Years ago I built my dad a nice little pc with a 4th gen 65W i5, ltsc, gave him my old 2x8gb ddr3 ram, a cheap 128gb ssd, and some ancient 1gb vram amd card, and that damn thing is still going strong. It's as snappy as the day I built it, and he can even play The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (2006) on it just fine

Of all time, I'd have to say the Zowie EC, they're still getting cloned today and they're just good for everything. I prefer the Razer Deathadder V3 Pro over it these days, for the better build quality and significantly better scroll wheel. I also really like my Pulsar Xlite V3 Large, I wish Razer would do an EC1 clone but I don't think they will.
