They do. I have no idea how. Usually they use hundreds of megabytes of prefetch RAM.

I guess it's because they implement all the scaling algorithms purely in CPU. To be honest, any modern computer should still do that in under a frame CPU only, though.

I have the Q6 Max, it was double typing for the longest time even after swapping it (I exchanged it). The last firmware seems to fix it but it also set the debounce to 50ms, I haven't tried shortening it since the typing is fine now for me. But this suggests some sort of issue with the board maybe?

Got a cheap aluminum womier that had some messed up switches for $60 and removed the foam and added hmx firecrackers. Not bad for under $100 total. I really like the ball catch system so no more screws

Why aren't they relasing 1080p movies on DVD? You could easily fit a 1080p movie on a DVD disc with modern codecs and compression techniques like H.264 MPEG-4 AVC H.264 MP4 AV1 VP8 VP9 WEBM and other.

Is Japan the last bastion for physical media? I think they still release pornos and gravure idol photoshoots in DVD.
>>
>>107597677
Maybe it'd have made sense if 720p came out separately and first, but few people had hdtv's at all in 2006 when bluray came out.
there was potentially a market for it, like a cheaper dvd-based format aimed at the lower end of people who got 720p tv's, but format adoption is hard enough, there are several failed disc media formats most don't even know about

dude, it's 2025. most embedded stuff has an app or is configured over serial. if it does have some shitty lcd glued to it, just put up a square for anything you can't draw and let the user select it. you're just being retarded and are frustrated because you know you're wrong.
>>
>>107597382
yeah drawing squares instead of emojis would be the way to do it to not have to support them
so now we are back at the point they shouldn't have been there in the first place so everything is always supported properly
you dont have to shove emojis into essential shit where it doesnt belong

Client side rendering without Javascript. I learnt it it about 18 years ago.

because it's about ten times worse than javascript. which is a low bar in the first place.
>>
>>107597302
Don't really care for this particular technology but still smell the neovagina rotting on the other side of screen when terms "complex, aging C codebase" and "memory safety" was being brought up
If it was Written In Rustâ„¢ the trannies would be pushing XSLT as the best technology to ever exist with no faults whatsoever
>>
>>107597527
No. We're in the age of "security scanner" software that chugs through codebases and flags zillions of potential security issues. (he overwhelming majority of them tend to be "well, this code is complex and is hard to maintain). Mangers love this shit.

You can bet that whatever they're using has been bitching up a storm about this lib and they've just decided to pitch it.
