>>64331845I’m still working on it. If I had a CNC machine it would work much better cuz I could just mill it out of plexiglass, but I have no such funds to do so with rn. Right now my best option is 3d printing -> sanding and filling out layer lines -> silicone molding -> resin casting. Shits fuckin finicky but I still persist on. Also I got distracted by making the grips for that CZ75 >>64328531 cuz I wanted to do the same with for that gun and I got distracted and went down a rabbit hole of 3d modeling for a while.>>64336941Nah it’s intact. >>64338361>>6433838010/10. I wish I got one when I had the chance. There were around 1200 on RTG and that was nearly 10 years ago. Pic rel was when I was messing around and found that a PVS-2 could fit on an ARMS STANAG mount. Not as good though since you can't adjust it at all mounted like this. Starlight scopes are so freaking cool. I am probably going to buy another PVS-2 for my M1A eventually.

>>64339294Not really. His pre-general career was generic peacetime officer stuff (he did write a thesis on the IRA guerillas) and then he was a fobbit general during GWOT. If you were a captain or a major or a sergeant in GWOT that was good experience, but the generals did nothing of value.

>>64339264Probably. I remember in (Air Force) BMT one of the instructors was complaining about how expensive switching to OCPs (This was the ABU-OCP transition era) is. He even showed us the math on how expensive it would be for him to switch to OCPs, and it came out to... $500... and how he had to save up for that. Don't get me wrong; if you're in a position where you have to buy new uniforms, but the military won't give you a uniform allowance for whatever reason, that is bullshit and you should complain (preferably to finance, not some trainees). But this dude, an E-6 (with special duty pay!), was acting like $500 would financially destroy his whole year lmfao. bro I've seen E-2s manage their finances better than this dude ahahahahahaha.
Is anyone developing drone shield?>drones with proximity fuses that go off when they see something moving quickly towards them) (or something like that) and explosives basically just make an bubble around the ship.>drones explode whenever they see any incoming missiles>move out of the way for outgoing>go back to the shit to recharge, and get replaced by another one when they do it>alternatively, you could use tethered drones., but that has other issues, i would thinkWhy aren't we funding this? It seems like a great counter to ASMs

What are your hottest handgun takes? 96% of modern handguns have unparalleled reliability and accuracy. Almost every gun owner will never outshoot whatever they buy. "Gun feel" and trigger quality are overrated; your gun spends almost all of it's time in a case or your underwear drawer or taped to the back of your toilet. The only thing that matters about your handgun is if you carry it and train with it.
>>64339505The fliers are just me, I called the hits out of the black but they were still tight. I want to get a ransom rest so I can objectively test the accuracy of my gun and ammo

>>64339413>I could never really grasp the whole 70/40 grip thing people go on about. Is it just basically a firm grip with both hands but not to the point of shaking or what?you experiment to figure out which method results in minimal movement.get a coin or spent shell stick it on top of the slide or frontsight and practice pulling the trigger. if it falls off you failed. dont worry about the sights.once you figured out a method that minimizes movement then you worry about sight alignment.change your hand placement or what part of your finger is touching the trigger just experiment to you find something that works for you since all hands and guns are different sizes.
>>64339084>>64339176You sound like you're legitimately a child. I'm not convinced you can even own a gun.

What chance do they stand? It appears that the Turks are going to support the Syrian/HTS offensive to destroy the Kurds as the government has already starting shelling Tishreen Dam.
>>64339293So essentially, the current leader is a Western-backed moderate (in relative terms) that was selected in order to avoid radical Islamists from taking over after the relatively moderate authoritarian regime was overthrown who relies on radical Islamists for manpower, and he doesn't yet have enough power to actually stop them from doing anything. That decade long civil war and refugee crisis really looks like it was worth it now!
