Various 'barrel extensions.' Usually one with the round holes similar to how the normal shroud was, but sometimes these MAC / Cobray style ones with slots in them.They of course aren't an actual extension on the barrel and doesn't functionally affect ballistics (might minutely dampen sound), but they can be used as a forward grip of sorts.
You could also use silencers, though these guns can NOT handle 147gr, so you're not getting proper subsonics.

Not military any more but I do have a pilot's license and I'm going to a flight lesson in 2 hours. I imagine hitting your airspeeds precisely and being both fast and consistent with checklists is going to help you. If you can't stay ahead of the aircraft in a prop plane they're probably not going to put you in a jet, those move a lot faster.
