I am about to import 80,500 of these indian hesbee 22 short single shot handguns. They are currently in transit being shipped from India. They have sat in storage as they were built in 1959 as gunlaws became more restricted in India. If you were in my shoes, how do I make this business venture successful. I purchased each pistol at 2160 rupees (around 24$) and they cost me ($1500 for import and $5000 in shipping) so i am in for abit under $2mil. Do you think people will actually buy these or should I put my house for sale ASAP?

So what's the deal with the multi-color armor carrier that's in the news these days? I've never seen a green/tan or green/tan/black carrier before today. Looks like the manufacturer had some loose fabric lying around, lol. It looks like it contains soft armor and it has tubes.

>>64753834Congrats on joining the IV+ Club. XSAPIs are always a good buy, 3x M993 at 3,050ft/s +-50 is no slouch when good Level IV folds to anywhere between 2,700 to 2,850ft/s.>>64753614NTA, apparently from what I can tell Rocksett has a huge counterfeit problem. The guy selling it on Amazon is straight up selling runny craft glue and should be drenched in pepsi crystal for his crimes. To answer anon's question, there is a lot of depth to threadlocker besides just red or blue or green or purple. See pic rel.I use blue (243) for optics and other accessories that aren't heat-loaded. If I need heat resistance like on a brake I go genuine Rocksett (buy direct to avoid third party bullshit). Haven't needed a reason for red yet. Vibra-tite is easier to break away if you like removing stuff and could probably sub for blue loctite if I'm reading torque values correctly. Loctite has industrial threadlockers above the reds, but I wouldn't mess with those for gun stuff. There's already horror stories daily with red threadlocker. Green penetrates, orange is higher strength than blue but still removeable without heat, etc. Purple is fine for low-strength stuff.
Alright, so I decided instead of randomly posting deals I'll post them all when I see them in one go, since this seems to work well and an anon last thread got a good looking pair of XSAPIs out of it:1. Hudsongunner is selling sets of Point Blank IC34s for $165 a set. 10x12 multi curve, Level III and IV rated, 6.125lb a plate. These are pre-0101.06 and are light on drop protection, and thinner as a result, and are also ICW IIIA so you need good IIIA soft armor behind them. You should meet or exceed the soft armor listed on the back label. This is a pretty good deal if they're packaged well. Note the plates are basically useless without soft armor.https://www.tacswap.com/post/68e71ab4ffc5f7cdd369781f2. Some dude on fleabay is selling a pair of Ukrainian DSTU-2 soft armor panels rated for 7.62x25 Tokarev at 1,410ft/s, steel core. $200, CONUS shipping. Ukraine's domestic armor industry is (extra) shady so this is at your own risk. Could be useful as extra-strength backers... maybe.https://www.ebay.com/itm/2271721291233. Some dude is selling a pair of RMA XRTs on Ebay for about what he paid for them. Undersized shooter's cut. My guess is that he realized he was had and upgraded, so he probably can be talked down significantly. This isn't a deal unless you get them at a discount. $200 would be good and passable if your ass is to the wall and you need something.https://www.ebay.com/itm/187927134645?4. Blast from the past, dude is selling a pair of DKX Max III all-PE plates, 2.9lb a plate for $200 (for the pair). As all-PE plates, they will lose HARD to M855 and other similar steel core threats. SS190 may be able to pierce out of a long barrel. M855A1 will blow right through this even at standoff. 7.62x39 MSC is sketchy unless the plate notes it. BZ API is right out.https://www.ebay.com/itm/187866085305

How come glocks frequently jam if you limp wrist them but other handguns don't? https://youtube.com/shorts/FYG4aNr-b8o
>>64740817>Minimum age to post on 4chan is 18then why the fuck are you posting here.
>>64715717Use 147gr ammo, it has less of a chance to fail if you use heavier ammo.
>>64715717you can absolutely limp wrist jam some other striker guns, i've done it on the range
JaredAF did a video on this as well. Basically, light frame has low inertia/ momentum, so not enough energy from the recoil to move the slide itself. Berettas also have this issue when limp-wristed, though they fail to feed when the Glock would fail to extract.Or you could get a revolver and bend your elbow to absorb the recoil. Just don't get one with engravings off the bat.
>>64717636X2Never been in real combat but I've done some fire and maneuver ranges that were real motherfuckers. You'd be shocked just how retarded you get when you're completely fucking gassed and still have to get the lead out.>>64717886I own a 17c. Never had a limpwrist failure. And I've definitely tried. Two finger firing the gun with the weakest ammo I can get my hands on and it just goes. I don't know if it's because of the porting or the slide being slightly lighter due to the cutouts but there you go.
How are they still in business? shotgun sales are in the shitter and even if they do sell someone a shotgun, how many shotguns do people buy in their life time?>but they sell .22sare you really going to buy a mossberg .22 over a 10/22?>the patriotare you going to buy a mossberg patriot over a ruger or savage at basically the same price point?>handgunsthey sell handguns? have you ever seen someone with a mossberg handgun?Henry's another one. Are there really that many people buying lever actions and single shot break actions? It's even worse than car companies because guns are cheaper than cars and .22s and hunting guns last basically forever
>>64753974I'm an American, you troon. remingshit and marlin got bought by Romney when they had terrible hunting gun sales. and then he shat them up.I'm saying no company has tried to replace the 870 even after all these years. so there must not be a market for henry or ruger to want to get into and savage pumps are imported turkshit. like you
>>64753984>I'm saying no company has tried to replace the 870 even after all these years.Successful gun companies don't have to penetrate that segment of the market. Mossberg has the shotgun market in the US on lockdown, and Benelli and Beretta are ahead in the European market but are slowly losing ground to the Turkshit (not because Turkshit is better, but because they are so cheap that they tempt people who don't know any better).
>>64754003benelli/beretta make turkshit. stoger is the same company as them and is the turkshit branch
>>64752974>He doesn't know how to read a graphThis is called a compound line graph, anon. You can recognise it by the shaded area between each line. It's different from a regular line graph. There's no overlap. So for example, in 1993(?) on the graph in question, when the total amount of firearms manufactured was about 5,000,000, pistols and revolvers together made up about half of that (2,500,000), while shotguns and rifles were each about a quarter (1,250,000). With this, consider how skinny the green line is for shotguns compared to the rest of the graph in recent years.
>>64753974>They cheapened the 870 design until their most loyal fans abandoned themYeah. You're left out a few facts while you were masturbating, sport. Wingmaster and Police Mag models weren't changed at all. They cheapened up the Express entry grade crap and a few other garbage grade models. Secondly, despite your furious masturbation, 870 and Mossberg 590s have been reported by both Guns & Ammo and Gun Broker to have essentially the same sales numbers for the past 5 years straight, with the Bergs holding a SLIGHT edge in the pump market. Secondly, the supposed "issue" with the 700 you fallaciously brought up was ten thousand percent bullshit. The claims brought on that weapon for that supposed "defect" dated back to 1948 manufactured rifles and ALL models with the Walker trigger design. I've had a 700BDL since 1983 and that claim is fucking laughable.Asshole anti-gun law firms kept thought they had a winner with a bullshit "cover-up" about the original trigger mech engineer's thoughts on the final design and kept lobbing lawsuit grenades at the company until they finally found a jury stupid enough to hate firearms. After that pissant lawsuit payout, Remington's lawyers forced the company to make a show out of "doing something" in order to avoid any future class-actions.Their centerfire auto pistols have always been garbage. The new ownership had absolutely nothing to do with that.I own several Remingtons, in addition to the bolt gun I mentioned above. Including a 3.5in 870 super mag loaded with slugs and buckshot leaning behind my bedroom door right now, and I have had ZERO malfunctions out of any of them in 40 years.Comment too long. >>64751214Yes, and "something stable" is typically a big stone slab.>>64750473Yeah, that's the trick. A machinist's surface plate does the job just as well as a "balance table" yet it's much cheaper. I've fabricated many balance tables for my old job. I would weld the stand and the legs from 4" square steel tubing, which would be filled with sand afterward. The tabletop would be a 24"x36"x6" surface plate. It doesn't need to be a high grade one either, it just needs to be heavy.
