There is like the functional part of the breast and you can feel it encapsulated in a layer of protective fat. If you touch them right they can feel really good, nearly the same intensity as a cock but in a different format. When they are just sitting there, they dont feel like much... but you can feel them all the time. You can feel your chest is different and much more sensitive than before. But it is very subtle. Running with out a bra feels like they are getting roughly, painfully tugged on.
