This way, they don't need to hire as many LPNs as the CNAs will be under my RN license. Just at least one so if something happens at say forensic, I'll have rush over there. I don't see many staff taking advantage of it. But anyway, it's why there's a pay increase.Also, we got some other per diem staff coming in to fill gaps until things are settled out, since it's literally why they were hired. I still have to do the practical part of it all which will be next week.

The easy runs were a new addition and were boring AF until I adapted to it and started seeing results. The hard sessions became more fun.The amount of breaks you do is very acceptable. It's during that time that our bodies adapt to the stress and get better, not during the workouts.The few 50ks I did, I was grateful for those sections, especially the flat gravel parts. They do provide some relief. Though the great views here are the hard trails. Had a mental breakdown after having some bad experiences talking with other people about making music.Some jerk was downplaying how much he spent doing music composistion and acted all arrogant like he was way better than me as a person.
