But I would not regulate against cats, and their owners, the same way as I would regulate against dogs, and their owners though, it's legal to be wasteful, as long as they don't annoy other people, with their critters, and activities tied to them. Read about extreme cases of catladies though, where they filled a flat with so many cats, that their smell seeped out of the flat, I'd take those cats away without hesitation, and not even deciding on animal welfare basis, but I'd only tolerate any kind of pets as long as they don't become a public nuisance.Principles are the same, pets, and their owners should not be allowed to disturb the peace of the many, with their activities, and when they do, the state should interfare to stop them.
