Most likely, the SoB will be thought of like Papal Swiss Guard, weird but not outrageous pomp and ritual, and armed guards for important people is just an accepted fact throughout the Imperium. The different divisions of their orders will be unknown.

If you bought/played with any secret lair cards or LotR cards then you have no room to complain about the current trajectory, this is your fault.
