I'm a little new to FDM, coming from MSLA, but there are some things you can tweak. If you're using Orca Slicer, under the Quality tab, try reducing the Slice Gap Closing Radius and the Resolution values. Some things still won't print for me though, and I think I need to change the extrusion width --I'm also running .4mm so that probably doesn't help

Get a couple of silicon pads, preferably with raised sides. Put the printer on one, do processing on the other, including cleaning. If you run one of those wash units, maybe a third for that, but I wash by hand so can only guess. Aside from that, I put a thin film of ptfe oil on surfaces around the printer unit to help protect it some from spills and splashes. Just wipe on and wipe off, so there's a barely perceptible film on the surface. If you need to tape the edges of the screen, do that before though. Stuff won't stick well to surfaces once the ptfe oil is applied.

Mars 2 is a little dated but can be a decent printer. Has a mono LCD and collimated light. If I remember right, the collimation lenses sometimes had some offset problems. A lot of printer designs moved from an array of lenses to a fresnel I think.

You can fully assemble the warlord's leg without gluing the knee. After that you just need to make sure the three calve armor plates fit in whatever pose you want. The foot's toe plates can be bent more easily than a reaver's 's but you still have to be careful not to snap the bit. Also you have to be aware of how the warlord's hip bends outwards when it walks forwards instead of a reaver's/our leg that bends backwards.
A reaver's leg is posed more conventionally but the leg armor is more restrictive and bending the toes is more difficult. All things are possible, however. I believe in you

Hello my fellow cheapskates. It's annoying because outside of the US flats/standees aren't widely available, even online. I got some decent temu ones and printed quite a lot too. But i'd kill for some cheap alternatives to 3D. I've settled for sub 15mm scales and granny grating at the moment.
I'd probably be more inclined if there were better retardproof tools for batch printing. I know how to use GIMP I just cannot be arsed. There's one nice tool but it's deprecated.
