Fighter main class, Champion, Exemplar, Barbarian archetypes. Champion makes you Holy and gives you retributive strike and either a speed boost or an extra weapon rune, Exemplar gives you more damage and some self healing, barbarian is sort of an optional addition if you aren't using any concentrate actions and are willing to squeeze out just a bit more damage in exchange for some defense penalty.
For your Ikons, Barrows Edge and Scar of the Survivor if you're skipping barbarian, or replace Scar with Gleaming Blade if you're either using barbarian or want to trade a little self-healing for more damage.

The easiest way to do it is to put him in a position where he has a lot of influence over the players, directly or indirectly. Maybe he or one of his minions gives quests to players, occasionally helps them, or has some kind of way to know more or less what they are doing via some magic item or whatever.

I once played in a game where the villain turned out to be this rich merchant who sold us magic items, but they were all "marked" by him. He could not only monitor us, but directly affect us in battle if he wanted to. We only discovered him after one of the players got too greedy and tried to steal things from him, which triggered an early battle in which he proceeded to rape us after destroying our items. We only had 1 advanced magic user, everyone else only knew the basics, so yeah: rape.

Three big problems i see with your plan
>Timing
Regenerate takes three full rounds to cast, and its effect is instantaneous, so it would need to be cast after already having removed the organ which, depending on how your DM might spin it, is not an easy feat
>RAW
Delay death specifies that it doesn't cover death via ability score damage (extreme CON damage from removing a heart) or death effects (as above, just interpreted differently. think of it like vorpal)
>Luck
Assuming you might not want to make use of the removed heart again, you'd need to grow a completely new one. The spell specifies that yes, it is possible, but it'd take 2d10 rounds, so up to two full minutes.
Delay death, meanwhile, has a duration of 1rnd/CL, which is not ideal given what you are trying to accomplish. Tying back to the first point, in the worst case scenario you'd need to cover 25 rounds with it, but i suppose you could refresh the spell while regeneration is in effect

All this is assuming you're doing the casting and operating yourself, it'd clearly be easier with external help, but you'd still be iffy on the second point. I'd suggest veil of undeath for it, since it turns your CON to -, which has the great benefit of bypassing all fort checks

People do try to do that, but the whole thing is designed to set students against each other. Still, if you have an out of jump protection against mind control and you don't bother doing mind control yourself it's just a very good university to learn a bunch of stuff. Power levels are deceptively high though, which isn't really explained enough in the jump doc. MCU is definitely an endgame jump.

Last time I used roll20 like a decade ago it didn't support tokens having their own unlinked character sheets- ie. You make a generic mook sheet and whenever you drag it onto the table as a token that token is always linked to that sheet even when you drag multiple of them, they're all linked to the same sheet. Total non-starter for any decent DM
