Worked with green stuff after a long break, nurglites are thankfully very forgiving when it comes to stuff like this. After the greaves, the next step is making capes for them. I have some gsw texture plates, interested in seeing how they'll turn out.
>>94578463I genuinely forgot what I even said on my form so it's gonna be even more of a surprise...
>>94578455omg my gift box is the OP. I'm so proud.
i think i'm going to try duncans pale kroot scheme for my farstalkers, looks pretty coolhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CsY4PXAHEbw&t=958s
>>94578463Swedeanon, your box arrived and has been confiscated till christmas
>>94578572Nice to hear it arrived. You might want to take out the lussekatter from the box though. They will expire otherwise
I missed the window of warmer, above-freezing days to prime a couple last minis before winter. I still have 1 more stormfiend I need to clean and glue all the stupid little glowing gems too, and also bought a pick of kurnoth hunters that apparently is also going to be 500 hours of mold line cleaning, but the next window will be monday so hopefully I can get them done by then too.
I have been painting these two gentlemen, trying black and red armor.I'm quite happy with the red one.The black one looks too blueish. A warmer gray would have been a wiser choice. It looks soooo slopy on the picture tho. It's way smother IRL. Fuck this phone I swear.
>>94578520thats a nice box, we are proud of you anon
Spent today at home, thus painted some trench hills I built over last week or so
>>94578520How much did it cost to ship a wood box?
>>94578624Just do what I do.Get a refrigerator box, and prime you minis in the box. Just do it in the basement. It feels like you’re an astronaut
>>94578455WIP.Progress on my little Kill team Death Korps (formerly Veteran Guardsmen) is coming along. Is it better to base the mini then prime it or better to just paint the whole miniature, varnish it then base it?
>>94578624I use this and prime by brush, two coats and done. Could be helpful if, like me, you don't have a lot of minis to prime.
You mad Belgian bastard, you doubled my backlog. Thank you very much, this a wonderful gift, very generous. Im already thinking how to kitbash all this stuff.I drank a beer and ate a waffle, was delicious. Also to a British anon from 2018 SS, dont look at the shelf, thats definitely not you gift dragon still sitting there unpainted.
>>94578690Also the painted santa mini
>>94578690>mannenliefde
>>94578463Thanks for the package, britanon!
What's a good way to get superglue off a knife?
>>94578690>>94578712Damn I know this shouldn't be a surprise or anything but I often forget that there are people from many different countries posting here.
>>94578712>project zThose are some of the best modern day minis available... well, I say available but they are no longer available. Great fucking haul anon
>>94578748Assuming your knife is made of metal and not ceramic or Ohm-shell (or, perhaps, even if it is!), there are cyanoacrylate solvents - superglue remover - you can buy. Heck, Goof Off will dissolve that stuff, too, but it costs about $9.00US just for a small-ish can of the stuff.
>>94578666No thanks, satan.>>94578688I just prefer to prime with laqcuers right now. I'm gonna finish these last couple models and move my airbrush back inside for the winters. I can always spray my acrylic primers inside if I feel like I need to, but I don't want to on bigger more important models.
>>94578748stick it in a freezer for a bit, makes super glue quite brittle and might be easier to clean it off? I also sometimes just pop mine into acetone.
>>94578690>you doubled my backlogEmperor's Teeth! I think this anon gifted you more Primaris models than I have painted in my army!
>>94578748Another knife
>>94578690Damn that's a lot even by the standards of some these boxes, some rich motherfuckers here
>>94578690Merry christmas and I hope you enjoy it!Try the candies, they're amazing.>>94578706( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
>>94578859
>>94578651Those look pretty good anon, how did you make them?
To the generous anon from Davis, CA... you sure you used enough stamps?
>>94578956Look at all the delicious goodies! Thank you! They came just in time. I was heading downstairs for a snack and this box showed up! I hadn't even finished retouching the photographs and the Meiji chocolate-covered almonds were GONE!
>>94578956Ah! a 10th Edition Blood Angels upgrade sprue... but what could be in the plastic box, I wonder?
>>94578956>>94578970>what could be in the plastic box, I wonder? For those who just started playing 40K because of Space Marine II, this is the much-sought-after crashed Aquila Lander. It was the included terrain with the Fourth Edition boxed set, Battle for Macragge.
>>94578978I have been looking for that thing (for a good price) on ebay for months.. thats a great gift. That thing is expensive as fuck.
>>94578956>>94578970>what could be in the plastic box, I wonder?... and a truckload of heroic Space Marines to bolster my forces!
Didn't feel like finishing any of the nearly complete painting projects scattered around my desk so instead I painted Chadukar and his little hype men
>>94578956eyy my sister went to UC Davis for college, that city's pretty as hell. Lots of trees.
>>94578986Very nice anon
>>94578956... and finally, a baggie of 3D printed upgrades to make my Blood Angels that much more angelic. Thank you! Merry Christmas, anon!Do you think I should show everybody the QR code on the card? It's not gonna doxx you, is it?
>>94578995Don't show the QR code. It is probably specifically for you and you alone.
>>94578987Love the space shark in the back
>>94578999It's a link to a Youtube playlist of Christmas songs - something that could be conceivable traced back to him in a way that he might not appreciate.
>>94578657It was inside a normal box, so nothing special. shipping was like 25USD with fedex but it got there the next day.It wasn't heavy, it's made out of painting stir sticks.
>>94578789>>94578832>>94578859Might try acetone then and pick up a real xacto knife to help, this one's one of those shoddy pen knives that isn't even that sharp so I might need a real one anyway
I think i fucked up the road but im making progress
>>94579095huh, I'm starting to like it. Keep at it anon
cast up some of these babies last night, not quite settled on how I'll use them though
I got ultrathin CA glue, the kind with the tiny little long extruded nozzles. How tf am I going to keep those unclogged, or did it come with 8 of them because they're just supposed to be disposable and only be able to use the bottle 8 times properly?
Awww yiss, package is in, thank you Anon. We've put the purity seal on the fridge
>>94579129Looks like Nurgle demon terrain to me. Paint them up as giant diseased fetuses, and done.
Wasn't sure that the blue/black chitin would work, but I think I like how it's coming together. All the spikes make it a nightmare to paint though
>>94579156Yeah, I was thinking some Drakengard inspired 'transforming hellscape+giant babies' warp terrain for my backlog Gey Knights. The heads work out about the right size and shape for an official Dreadknight base.I'll probably do them in purples or magentas though, to match with the big veiny obelisk thing I made a while back.
I got some vallejo water texture paste and I think it improved it and helped hide the weird resin bubbles.
>>94579265Lookin good
>>94579265very nice anon
>>94579291Thanks Menhera chan.Other anon doing the water bases, what exactly went wrong with the seal when you had tape around the base?
In the meantime, I did other bases for painted minis. It was supposed to be jungle but I think I keep making them looking more like deep forest instead. What do you think?>>94579265That's nice.>>94579322I think that "still water" (I don't know if I can call it gel now) either soaked masking tape or flowed between tape and base itself. Like I mentioned, electric tape didn't leak but at the other hand, it ripped off solidified water solution at removal instead. At this point I think that solution for me would be either using gel water textures entirely instead or using them to form "wall" around to fill later. Don't know how to color gel itself, however - "still water" could be mixed with tiny amounts of paint but gel is much more thick.
And these.
>>94579376>>94579380>>94579387I like these a lot, gave me ww1 turn up arty bombarded battlefield vibe with all the broken wood and splinters
>>94579065Looked at it again, much smaller than the thumbnail led me to believe
>>94579502It's exactly 11"x8"x6"
>>94578455Would it be a bad idea to try and use some fine grain sand to strip hard to reach places on a model? The paint is loose but my toothbrush or toothpicks can't reach it, I'd just spray over it if it wasn't lifting away
>>94579554>The paint is loose but my toothbrush or toothpicks can't reach it,What about mascara brushes? My wife gave me a whole bag of those things, and they last even longer than the toothbrushes!
If I want to sculpt a giant slug can I use plasticine for the bulk shape and cover it with a proper sculpting product that will set hard and seal it in?
>>94579964You could, but that seems like it'd end up being very heavy, fairly expensive and the plastecine will probably move while you're trying to sculpt on top of it.Making an armature (in this case, just a simple tapering cylinder) from tin foil instead would get around those isssues.
>>94579964A crumbled blob of tinfoil would be cheaper
>>94579964Just use a poop.
First time painting a building. What could I do to make it stand out more?I started with a base color, drybrushed bone white, and finished with an Agrax wash.Is this how you would approach it?
>KDM pin ups arrived>Even the boobs are individual piecesThis is gonna be a rough build. I'm gonna need to learn how to close gaps with milliput.
>>94580057Shit. Idk why I thought they'd be single piece figures. Oh well guess I'll figure it out when it gets here.
>>94580209Yeah brother, you can see the lines in the pictures on their store. Here's one of the sprues.
>GRIME TIME BABY
>>94580057Glob the miliputt on to make the boobs bigger while youre at it
>>94580386Man I wish I was that good at sculpting. Good motivation though.
>>94580321Even the display figure stuff? I was under the impression that stuff was resin.
>>94580495I think they start off with resin with their kickstarter stuff and then re-release as hard plastic kits. The painter scale stuff they have that I'm looking at still says hard plastic.
>>94580209>>94580495Anything in a white box is hard plastic, anything in brown or yellow is photoresin. The photoresin minis still come in multiple pieces but generally have fewer than the plastic minis. They rarely sell poured resin minis anymore since their resin guy retired I think.
>>94580385uh oh... stinky
>>94580351you're in Columbus and you're named Jim?....are you me?
>>94580859No, he's inside you.

Got my box of Christmas cheer from Newport News anon. Grotmas gits, sneaky snufflers, a rotund goblin archer, a shortstack Christmas elf and a diabetes worth of candy. Thank you so much anon!
Grange Over Sands anon, you stuff is on the way!
>>94580905Meant to post the pic from last thread as it was already past the bump limit. Included the Grotmas Gits, Sneaky Snufflers, a shortstack Christmas elf, a fat goblin archer and a diabetes of candy.
>>94580931And the best part, the requested art! This is going up in a tiny frame over my painting desk right next to the crayon drawings my daughter makes for me.
>>94580941And the back of the card.>>94580859I am not you so you cannot be me, but if you just finished washing spaghetti off a toddler and then had two large dogs try and lay down on you then you could smell like me. So marinara, bath soap and canine odor.
>>94580057>>94580321Also on this does anyone have any advice filling mould lines with milliput? I'm watching a video where a guy uses a bit of IPA and a brush to create basically a milliput liquid that he brushes on. That looks easy enough. is that a good idea method?
To BW in Mesa, AZ: your box continues to grow while my local USPS hub searches for the main part I ordered a month ago. It just says "now arriving late" despite being ten minutes away from me.
>>94580994I washed tacos off a toddler while chasing the cat and dog away from the christmas tree. I salute you neighbor dad
>>94581015I think I saw that too and it looks sound, but I'm not sure how it would interact if it's resin, and if it's plastic why not just use sprue goo
>>94580994Hey Jim, it's Logan, long time no see!
>>94581351>and if it's plastic why not just use sprue gooJust because I don't have any plastic cement at the moment and won't be able to get any this weekend when I want to put these together. I'll give the milliput a go on a test mini and see how it goes. If it doesn't work, I can just order some cement. Either that or I can shoot my own sprue goo at them.
>>94581390Tamiya airbrush thinner is the exact same formula as their thin cement, far cheaper per ml and far more readily available. You can usually get it in 2 days from Amazon.
>>94581433>Tamiya airbrush thinner is the exact same formula as their thin cementHow does that work? Feels weird that you are spraying your minis with a plastic melting agent.
Oh thank god the kurnoth hunters are actually not that complicated.
>>94581469I derped. I mean airbrush cleaner. You don't dip your plastic minis in it unless you want to make sprue good out of them.
>>94578712Thanks anon. Sadly, I had to remove some bits at the post office because they wanted to charge £75 postage, but I got it shipped for £50 less by removing some edibles.
>>94581578>I mean airbrush cleanerThat makes more sense. It's probably breaking down plastics and shit to clean your airbrush, so doesn't surprise me that it melts plastic if you just throw it in. I wonder if Vallejo airbrush cleaner would do the same thing.
>>94581604It doesn't, that shit smells more like windex so I think it's a generic ammonia cleaner
>>94579376Your water kinda looks like cum.
>>94581755Your cum kinda looks like water.
>>94581604Tamiya Paint are alcohol based, so their cleaner needs to be stronger.
>>94578909So it's combo of 3D printed FDM walls, both ones I found online and ones I made myself and modified, combined with random wood and mdf junk I had, glued to 5cm tall insulation foam, coated in first thick texture paste I made myself, then watered down one for the areas that need to be smoother, and finally painted, ocre first, then it mixed with black for the wood, then wash of dark brown made with washing up fluid and then entire thing basically drybrushed in off white.
>>94581755Your cum have grey-green color? I suggest visiting specialist, anon.
>>94581593Im always a bit suprised when people go to the post office to do such things instead of just creating a shipping mark online and letting someone come to collect the parcel for them.
>>94580570What scale are KDM models?Want to know if I can use one for other games
>>94582225Apparently old ones were 28mm and new ones are 32mm. I plan on putting one of mine from the Pinups of death 1 box together this weekend, so I'll post it next to a 28mm model for a comparison when I do that.
>>94582251Nice. Thanks, will see what could be good Necromunda models
>>94582251>pinups of death 1I really wanted to buy this during the black Friday sale but these idiots had it stocked only in UK which wouldn't ship to me or fucking Australia where shipping would be more expensive than the minis. It's like they don't want to make money
>>94582264>only in UK which wouldn't ship to me or fucking AustraliaI'm in Aus and bought it from the Aus warehouse on their site. My guess is everyone beat you to it then.
>>94579265looks pretty good. you could try buying some clear hollow bases for next time though, might be easier to apply the water effect
>>94582225>>94582260Not the same anon but I'm currently painting some so here's a blurry picture next to a mortekLeft of it are old scale (core box, really old white boxes and most of the "wave 1 expansions" will have that scale) , right are new scale (pretty much everything since 2018)
>>94582474 Gold parts took way too long to paint/ So it rough around the edges in some places.
>>94581015It works, you may need to sand. Alternatively, you could also use Tamiya putty.>>94581351I used it to patch up holes on resin and photoresin models, it works just fine.>>94582264Are you saying you're in the US and couldn't get them in either warehouses? According to the tracker, the US warehouse hasn't had them in stock since last year. I'm willing to cut them some slack because they spent the past few years trying to catch up with their kickstarter promises after getting fucked by covid but they have questionable business practices.
>>94582474I like it very much
>>94582491I'll tell you something even better, I'm in EU but they won't ship here from their UK warehouse and I'd feel like a retard paying $65 for shipping from Australia. Because they can ship to EU from there for some reason. US warehouse didn't have it in stock or I would've ordered from there, I remember the shipping costs being acceptable some time ago
Can you strip metal minis with Tamiya extra thin/airbrush cleaner?
>>94580321interesting, with the stackable corners and name plates they look a lot like Wyrd sprues, who have similarly fiddly minis. I wonder if they use the same factory or sprue designer.
>>94582720It's safe to do so for metal models but it seems real wasteful.
>>94578624This is not an advertisement or anything, but whenever I read that priming can be so iffy, I can't relate because my Citadel primer works at every temperature perfectly in under 30 seconds of shaking. I literally never had problems with it, except with very strong wind blowing it back to my face (the taste and smell were horrible)
>>94582474What have you done to my boy? He just wanted to dance.
I'm painting for half a year and painted 26 minis in total but my minis still look kinda trash .
>>94582759I thought so too but was thinking of some kind of strip emergency. Might have to make the effort to remember nail polish remover next time I'm shopping then.
>>94582780But each one looks a little better than the last and that's all that matters. 26 is a lot for half a year as well. I've been painting on and off for like 3 or 4 years and I have like 8-10 fully painted minis and dozens of half painted ones.
Plan was to full weeb and give Farsight's sword a cherry blossom look. Not sure how it came out, though I now realise I should have gone extra weeb and given farsight itself a fitting paint job as wellOh well
>>94579265There’s been an Anon last few days struggling to use that paste. I wonder if they’re about. I’m just use 2 part epoxy when I don’t care about bubbles. Doesn’t photograph very well though.
With 2024 coming to an end and knowing that I won't paint anything anymore this year, here are some of this year's projects. Not my most productive year compared to some others but I still feel like I got some hobbying done.
>>94582923It’s just a shame pink/blue got spoilt, because it makes a great power sword gradient. I’ll be doing these ribbons Jade instead.
Le epic posts guys.Really good job.Let's get those minis painted, gifts sent, and keep it civil!
>>94582962I like the 80's fantasy group. Where'd you get those and can I see them up close?

>>94583110>Chocolate orangeAbsolute king whoever got you that
>>94583064I meant the one with the Heroquest looking barbarian actually. Though I do like the ponderer.
>>94583238those are from the Conan board game.
>>94582474With all the detail you put into the mini (beautiful mini, btw), I'm surprised you didn't add a banner or some other decoration on top. Also on the gatling gun, though I'm not sure what could be added there.
>>94583176I have to agree, the one I got in >>94579146is my first and I usually hate chocolate/fruit combos but this is grand
>>94583267Ah cool, yeah that makes sense. The Heroquest barb was an obvious Conan clone anyway.
>>94578455Is Vallejo glazing medium different than art store matt medium or it the same shit?
Some blush marks. trying to finish this and scifi lucy before the end of the year
>>94583110So jealous of that crochet squig.Does it open as a bag by chance?

>>94583555>It’s not matte, but yes. What about gloss medium?

>have spare goblin/skaven torsos>decide I should learn to sculpt and make 'slugtaurs' to use the spare bodies as mutants>decide to mix up a little milliput and make a test piece I don't have any tools yet but I made this with a GW terrain tool as a proof of concept. Next step would be to get some green stuff to wrap around the milliput core and some proper tools to add detail to the GS layer?
I can't consume hobby content from ugly people unless they don't appear on camera. This really narrows my options down. Who comes out near the top of the pack when accounting for quality painting skills and also not-hideousness?Doesn't have to be girls, I just also can't watch hideous men. It's all too distracting but in a bad way.
>>94583730That is a very feminine behavior.
>>94583687>Next step would be to get some green stuff to wrap around the milliput core and some proper tools to add detail to the GS layer?that would be one way yeah, you can also do the bulking (what you did there with milliput) with crumpled tinfoil or anything really, since you are going to cover ityou can do the detailing with milliput, gs, a mix of the two or whatever else, different people like different putties, and some putties are better for different kinds of details like using gs for organic shapes in clothes vs brown stuff for hard edges on armoras a general starting point get some small hard (usually black colored) silicon brushes and some stainless steel wax carving tools (the same as hobby ones but in bulk and cheaper)also>focus you fuck
>>94583730put a postit on their facesrogue hobbies comes to mind as a non hideous non shit painter, maybe?, is sergio calvo hideous? or josedavinci?
>>94583730This is a self improvement issue. Get over your weird hangups.
>>94583796Rogue hobbies is good looking, but the content is too focused on her (not in a vanity sense, I just mean it'll be her talking about some warhammer thing or some such, not painting) and only 1/4 of the videos are related to painting. Hobbynight is garbage talentless OF hack who is fully aware that nobody watches her for hobby content. There's the one autistic girl who is good at painting who's name I can't remember and will have to search for - Nuka Kitten, she's getting better at being less autistic in videos and is a pretty goo painter. As for guys, it's like squidmar (talented but annoying grifter), artis opus seems normal but drybrushing is stupid. Can't think of anyone else who's not a goblin.
>>94583891>Rogue hobbies is good lookingIs she? That Nuka Kitten chick looks a lot better to me. Hobbynight looks like a man, but the voice is too feminine to be a tran.
>youtuber shitplease fuck off, thank you kindly.
Total newfag to using plastic glue - what are the properties of the plastic when you apply the glue, or sprue goo? I have a large gap in a converted arm and was wondering if I need to use green stuff or could I stab a glued up sprue to the armpit like solder and fill it in that way. Does it get too liquid and messy to do this?
Well, fuck me, trying to wait for the box from my match, and turns out it went not just to wrong adress, but to wrong city all together, so I will try to work with post office to get it.
Sup hope everybody is well. I'm working on this Napoleonic skeleton. I'm going for a heavily weathered look as you can see. Wanting him to look like he just crawled up out of a grave sort of thing. Can I get some recommendations on where to take it from here?
J.F. in Shreveport LA did you receive your package? It says it was delivered earlier this week but I haven't seen you post. Are you waiting til christmas to open? Nothing is perishable in it
>>94583950you can make the goo by mixing sprue bits and glue on a cup or something (not plastic, it will melt) and then apply that to the model, you can control the thickness that waystill sprue goo is messy and sticky, if you have the time and patience I would almost always use putty, you can also try any 'air dry' putty like liquid green stuff or tamiya putty or any of the thousand brands, that solves the 'i don't want to wait for it to cure' problem and is usually good enough for gapfilling, you can also sand it
>>94583950I very often cut bits of sprue into thin slices to fill up larger gaps. If the slice/gap is too thin, I put the slice in first and then let the glue seep into the gap after it.
>>94583950I don't think people using spru goo qualify for total newfag status.Excuse me for the terminology I'm about to use based only on how I use it and not formal definitions or what anybody else would mean by it.Sprue goo will work good for a lot of gap *filling*, if there is still a solid part that will make the contact and stay put, and then the sprue goo can be used to build up any amount of missing plastic from the gap even if you need to do multiple applications. What it won't do well on it's own is gap *bridging*. If there is no solid base to act as a structure while the sprue goo dries it won't be able to hold things together on it's own. In that case you would want to greenstuff or otherwise armature a core structure and then either just model the gap with milliput/greenstuff or if you wanted you could then spruegoo around that structure.
I didn't see a mention or link for one in the OP pastebin so I figured I'd ask up front. What brand of dremel would folks here suggest for working with plastic/resin miniatures? Any help is appreciated.
>>94583935>Is she? We're biased because she was one of us.
>>94584049dremel IS the brand
>>94584057Young female Sylvester Stallone just doesn't do it for me I guess.
>>94584049Dremel is the top brand for electric hand drills. I mostly use a smaller off-brand one, meant for glass engraving. My Dremel is too big and heavy.
>>94583977>>94583988>>94584011Cheers anons, the thin cuts of sprue is what I was considering as using like solder, but while the shoulder is still technically connected I need to sculpt an armpit of some kind, it'll be mostly covered anyway by a shoulderpad but it still needs to be there. Will work on my green stuffing instead.
>>94584049I have a WEN Rotary Tool - one of Horrible Freight's knock-off Chinesium brands - for when I need it.Since you mentioned plastic and resin miniatures, and not a stack of old lead or pewter, anon, I'm gonna warn you: the applications for something like this should be few and far between. Even at the lowest speed setting, one wrong move with a moto-tool can seriously wreck something soft like plastic or resin. Be careful how you employ it.
>>94584089She's pretty objectively attractive.Just so I'm not youtuber posting. Don't forget to thin your paints... uh... make sure you clean and condition your brushes more often than you probably are so they stay good for longer. Don't forget that acrylic primer isn't really primer.
>>94584049Electric tools can be too rough on your minis unless you're doing something very large-scale. I'd recommend a small hobby saw and pin vise instead, especially for resin. Resin is soft and will melt under high-speed tooling.

>>94587233I'm in the same boat here. I'm just assuming my match was going to wait until closer to Christmas and probably hasn't posted (or I haven't seen it)
>>94587232Thanks!They're supposed to be very klingon, actually. Here's a quick c&p about why:The Tarellians are a xenos race found throughout much of the Galaxy. Driven nearly to extinction by the Imperium, Tarellians tend to live a semi-nomadic lifestyle in the more lawless regions of space. A fiercely martial people, many of their number ply their trade as hired muscle. Indeed, the most probable way an average citizen of the Imperium may encounter a Tarellian is in their capacity as mercenaries and bodyguards, or else as brigands or raiders. This has led to Tarellians being collectively referred to by the Gothic slur "Dog Soldiers". This derogatory term also reflects the fact that, to many humans, the harsh and guttural languages spoken by Tarellians sound similar to the barking of canids. Amidst the blind ignorance of the Imperium, this has, over the centuries, inspired legends and rumors about dog-headed xenos. The Concept:I think that the Brood Scum heads from Hive Secundus make for an excellent minor xenos race. The Tarellians appear here and there in the 40k lore, with one image of a "Tarellian Dog Soldier" appearing in the 3d ed rulebook (alongside an earlier concept of the Kroot).I thought it would be fun if the term "Dog Soldier" wasn't literal, but actually a testament to the xenophobia and ignorance of the Imperium. I thought this appropriate because in real life pre-modern Europe, there existed misconceptions about foreign parts of the world being inhabited by dog-headed people. So, maybe Tarellians arent literally dog aliens, but the misconception exists because of some form of prejudice.Because I used the Uruk-Hai as the inspiration for their skin tone, I wanted to use a hand print motif on the cape. The pattern I used was inspired by real-world prehistoric cave art.

>>94589548And the 2nd half.A rhino, some metal scouts, even more plastic firstborn, 3 bikes, and a pile of bits like bolters, backpacks and other arms. Also 2 metal characters, one is a runepriest i think. And the mentioned chocoloates. Also a sprue of the (now old) plastic commisar. He will indeed end up in my traitor regiment. Its basically exactly what i asked for. I never had a space marine army (always played guard, since 3rd edition) but now i have close to 100 bodies to work with to make a nice oldschool chapter. (Maybe i keep some of the space wolves, they are painted quite nice actually. It would feel bad to strip them). But the rest goes into a bath of IPA later today already. So, thanks again UK-Anon. Merry Christmas to you and your family too!
Put together some leftovers.

Finally found the missing hand for the Reaper Female Genie. Going to try half colors on the skin-tone. Looks rough to start but I will practice on it.

>>94591394"Maybe" is supposed to be "many", mistyped there.
>>94591394Sweet bag of skulls as well, not sure what the intended purpose is - but they seem to fit on pencils.
