Everything sucks because there is too much content leading to choice paralysis, whilst simultaneously all the stuff feels samey going towards what they think is the mainstream, so there is no real choice. We have no focal points. Instead we are pulled in 50 different directions. You can't go and see a 90 minute movie and have a laugh, someone instead wants you to watch a three hour podcast, which is just a repackaged radio show (hardly reinventing the wheel), that pretends to be a normal conversation to scratch that parasocial "hanging out with people" itch but then tries to sell you a whole fucking lifestyle.
