Why are boomlennials so obsessed with Blockbuster?
>>217478659Local video stores were always superior and they had porno.
>>217479031People like you are why no good movies, music or tv shows get made any more.
>>217483142different anon. but what do you mean by 'change the world', exactly?it's like the whole problem with recycling. you, an individual, can throw your cans and bottles into the correct bin. some will get recycled. but then massive companies or entire countries will dump industrial quantities of waste into the ocean.there are historic examples where one person or one group has made a difference, but that's ignoring every non-success story where they were obviously aiming to be exactly like them.the generational change is the obsession with identity politics. you can have a campaign as simple as 'cheaper food pricing' or 'better working standards' and someone will harp on about how transgender people are more affected.
>>217483205i think his point was that anon considers regular people before him as powerful enough to cause everything yet he's also a regular person like them and considers himself powerless.

Why haven't they tried making a Resident Evil movie based on four? Endless attempts to make the Racoon City outbreak have failed, maybe time to change plans

All my life I've wanted to work in an office. But at the same time I'm a NEET who doesn't want to work. I just want to wear a nice suit, commute to the city, sit at a desk in a tall skyscraper, enjoy the view, go down the elevator and eat lunch in a nice restaurant nearby, but without doing any work, you know?

Why is Heated Rivalry so popular in Russia?
>>217472227Pioneer Summer, the best-selling fiction book in Russia in 2022. It’s basically your standard YA romance, except with Soviet comrades.

Why can't Disney make good movies again like they did between 1937 and 1942?
I would let my kid watch Martyrs before the donkey scene in Pinocchio. Hate that scene so much. Whoever wrote it is a vile sadistic freak.
>>217482438Jesus Christ how old are you?
>>217483173Well it was last rereleased in theaters in the 90s
>>217483147If you think that's bad, look at 1996's The Adventures of Pinocchio. That movie and its sequel leaned into the body-horror implications of Pleasure Island's transformation magic to a WEIRD, forced-feeling degree, making the magic water feel more like something out of a sci-fi biohorror movie. The donkey transformations look significantly more grotesque in live action but what's worse is that Lorenzini (who's basically a composite of Stromboli, the Coachman and ultimately Monstro) also ends up mutating into a sea monster form from magic exposure and it straight-up looks like something from The Thing. He's shown mutating in even more gruesome detail in the sequel, which also has him flitting between male and female.Basically I think the director and writers of those movies should be shot.
>>217483236I looked into this and now I wish I hadn't. Fucking revolting.
compared to smallville. It's literally the same shit but like 100 times worse>focusing on the hero before he becomes a hero doing mundane shit>entire story is focused on filler leading up to the real storyBruce is such a whiny fag but Clark is so cool in Smallville? What gives? Why couldn't the show be about Bruce being a chad in boarding school, like an emo version of Rockstar's Bully with teen versions of Bman's rogues gallery in there.I don't give a fuck about Gordon. I don't give a fuck about Will Smith's wife. Nygma was kinda kino though
>>217481771It was kino.
>>217481771>this shit gets 100 episodes>Penguin only gets 8It's not fair
>>217481771It wasn't shit.It had some bad episodes and some kinos episodes, overall it was embracing the campiness the right way and the cast and wardrobe were excellent, it was also respectful of the source material + gave everyone a consistant set of skills.
>>217482514Its Penguin was far superior
>>217482649To this day I'm convinced that the reason they got Colin Farrel to play a fat guy is because chatGPT did the casting for that movie.
>Did you have sex with the dog, Clark?
>Of course not! It was probably Palmer or Childs. They are the ones on illegal drugs!
