This was even confirmed by the writers.

>But I thought it was Jason!
The writers confirmed it wasn't him.

>But Sam died in the first movie!
No. Sam was infected from the bite, and he could have healed instantly to prevent his death.

>this was a relatively obscure movie for girls when I was a teenager
Probably yeah I'm sure there's tiks toks being made about it just like how overnight Deftones are a zoomer band now, but if you were into horror movies back then or even if you were a fan of metal in the late 90s early 00s the soundtrack itself was something that would've been on your radar.

I remember it being hyped up in Fangoria magazine.

Imagine a reboot or legacy sequel being filmed there in current year.

only to the extent that it's true for all ancient material. can you prove "for certain" that constantine did or didn't do anything during his reign if the evidence is documents that could have also been falsified later in some way we can't detect? if you want me to believe he forged every extant papyrus of the gospels including those dated to before his birth, prove it. otherwise the default is that he didn't.

>>215552849
you're confused. "christ was resurrected" would be an extraordinary claim. "christians believed christ was resurrected," which is what i'm talking about, is a perfectly ordinary claim for which manuscripts in which christians express the belief are perfectly sufficient evidence.

i think at the time it was written he was trying to make a "faggy coastal liberals are the *REAL* manly men because we have what it takes to make the hard decisions" and he was trying to call conservatives posers because he thinks that everyone who doesnt agree with him as some silly caricature of a nazi or something. but after publishing it and having his IRL "enemies" like rorchach and correctly point out that ozy was an insane retard he got mad

basically he went full retard and then got egg on his face. like how lib repeated the feat when they were all comping at the bit for nuclear war with russia for no reason and hillary boasting on how she would be a better leader to start and helm a nuclear apocalyptic war only for the right to be like "what the fuck is wrong with you we dont want actual nuclear war" and libs have to pretend like that phase of politics never actually happened

tl;dr libs are arguing against their strawman again and feel embarrassed when caught doing it
>>
>>215553608
>"christians believed christ was resurrected," which is what i'm talking about, is a perfectly ordinary claim
No, it is an extraordinary claim.
You're claiming *all* people who were a part of the cults surrounding Christ believed he died and was resurrected because of these manuscripts. There were a lot of cults in Rome, and a lot of Christian cults, with conflicting beliefs: hence Constantine decided to choose what was and was not canon to create a unifying mythology.
It's not even a gaurantee the people who wrote any such manuscripts actually believed in the resurrection either: relevant issue, Revelation wasn't a prophecy, it was a political document against Nero, written in code, disguised as esotericism.
>>
>>215553762
You don't seem like the kind of person who would be capable of making very hard decisions.
>>
>>215553608
The gnostics, one of the disparate “christ cults,” did not hold that belief. They hold that he is “divine,” as in as close to direct from pleroma as something of matter could be, but he’s still dead as shit. Thus establishing a motivation to say what is and isn’t “Christianity” by someone seeking to popularize a sanitized version of the beliefs of various cults, and delegitimize any that don’t adhere to the desired belief set

Does A Nightmare on Elm Street series mog Friday the 13th series? Which is better overall? Which has the highest high? The lowest low? What about the Halloween series?
>>
>>215553559
I love both, but prefer F13 for the setting, an isolated lakeside summer camp is more interesting to me than Suburbia USA.

>co-writer Michael Waldron - who also worked on the Doomsday script - has shared details on an intriguing scenario he pitched to Marvel along with co-writer Jeff Loveness.

>Waldron and Loveness wanted The Young Avengers to defeat Kang.... kind of! After the team took the villain down, they were going to discover that he was actually an inexperienced variant of the all-powerful Conqueror.

>"Jeff Loveness and I spent an afternoon pitching on the Young Avengers defeating a version of Kang and being so stoked about it...only to discover that that particular Kang carried a little card that said to Be Patient with him, it was his first day as a Kang. And then they were so bummed," Waldron said during a Reddit Q&A. "I think he was gonna be the lizard Kang from the end of Kang Dynasty? I don't know. Anyway we had fun

He enjoyed reading and read every book published in the United States between 1930 and 1938, excluding children's books, textbooks, cookbooks and books on technology. He also viewed over 22,000 videos from 1979 to 1997, averaging three videos/movies per day."

> A man who worked for almost 50 years as a librarian at the University of New Hampshire left the school an astonishing $4 million after his death last year. UNH announced the gift in a press release earlier this week.
> Though few were aware of Morin’s wealth, his financial advisor, Edward Mullen, mentioned to the Union Leader that the fortune was due to the fact that he really didn’t spend much and lived a life without frills.
Morin “never went out” and drove an older vehicle, in addition to eating frozen dinners, Mullen told the outlet.
> UNH will use the majority of his donation for a new a video scoreboard at the school’s new football stadium, as the librarian frequently watched football games while residing at an assisted living facility during the last 15 months of his
life.
