>>217400328I didn't get that impressionShe was dry as fuck (also probably a tranny self-insert)
>>217400351Switch was the tranny insert. If anything, Trinity would be the female half of Neo. In that sense, Neo literally goes and fucks himself.

The film takes place in 1999Back then College was far less expensive, rent didn't take up almost half your income and a house was only 4x the median income. People would fucking kill to go back to that world. Today most people have given up hope of shit getting better and are probably hoping for a massive war or unrest to break out just to finally end our downward spiral
>>217399920a buddy of mine is in his late thirties, got three kids, a wife, works several weeks abroad each year, and still got time to build and play Warhammer when he’s home
>>217401316>>217401346You are what is bad about the internet. But on the whole it is great. It is like I can read any book in the world, exactly as much as I want, or watch any TV show, or play any game, or see anything on earth I want. Before you were limited to TV, which sucks, movies, and actual physical books. How is this not a massive upgrade? I could happily spend all day on the computer, and do. And I'm sure you do too. So what are you bitching about? If you hate it so much why are you on it?

The Bone Temple is a kino Gnostic movie. Think about it. Samson is like Adam (he's even named after a Biblical figure), he's brought out of a state of nature into a state of humanity by Dr. Ian Kelson who gives him a "fruit" (anti-psychotic medication in the film) that lifts the veil from his eyes and suddenly he has knowledge of what he really is. Dr. Ian Kelson is even called Satan in the movie, just like the serpent in the garden was. But he also is sacrificed, similar to Jesus. Jesus and the serpent are one and the same in Gnostic myth. Samson also reminds me a lot of Enkidu in the Epic of Gilgamesh. He even looks like Enkidu (and anyone with knowledge of history knows that the Epic of Gilgamesh inspired the Book of Genesis since Enkidu = Adam).
>>217401147>I know better than actual historiansOh ok retard. The whole structure of the primeval history (Genesis 1-11) follows exactly that of Mesopotamian mythology. Jews were clearly lifting from the Mesopotamians when crafting their myths which is something literally all human cultures do. The film being discussed in this thread is actually basically an example of that when you consider the parallels between it and the Bible. Not surprising seeing that it was produced by a historically Christian culture.
>>217396011>big cock swinging zombie alpha malesSo alpha's should have small dicks is that what you're saying?
>>217401239In the previous film Spike says the rage virus acts like steroids on some people so yes. He should actually have extremely small testicles.
>>217401149There's a reason I've been gravitating to Eastern productions. They have their issues as well but not remotely on the same scale. Then of course there are books and (a lot of) vidya.

HBO Developing Game of Thrones Sequel Starring Arya Stark Now Jon Snow Spinoff Is Scrappedhttps://www.ign.com/articles/hbo-developing-game-of-thrones-sequel-starring-arya-stark-now-jon-snow-spinoff-is-scrapped
>>217400378sounds more like Harrington projecting his annoyance at being typecast onto the character.
>>217398460According to GRRM, the pitched Jon Snow story was basically him drowning in misery and suffering from PTSD until he dies at a young age. I dunno, with a good writer it could’ve been a compelling psychological story.
>>217401183No. Not in any way. People do not get into an epic fantasy series to watch 8-10 episodes of some loser whine, mope around, and sob woe is me about having to kill his insane wife to stop her burning a city. We already got the wet fart ending of game of thrones. There is nothing afterwards. Making up random fan fiction just as a cash grab for name recognition NEVER works out.

>New York City architect Tate (Jake Gyllenhaal) tries to rebuild his life after a stint in a psychiatric facility following a spiral triggered by his sister’s death. Looking for a fresh start, he lands in Cape Cod to design a summer home for his best friend. While staying at a historic local Bed & Breakfast, his life changes when he meets Wren (Phoebe Dynevor), a mysterious young woman who has Tate questioning everything about his carefully measured, logic-driven existence.https://www.imdb.com/title/tt35621542/Written by Nicholas Sparks from “A Walk to Remember” and “The Notebook”.

>>217398825>I detest this guy so much. HOW DARE YOU.
>>217397017This was the 90s and the guy was probably speaking as an old chink with a mid-century, oriental mindset, so he wasn't wrong in saying there are only 3 kinds of cuisine, because that's all he'd ever known.
