I’d start with this. You might relate to the main character, an ex-con who just wanders into a church and says he’s the new priest and gets hired
The series started off so strong. When Katerina gets introduced, she starts making moves killing people and changing the status quo. Even before that, they took their time revealing that Stefan was a vampire. The first few seasons still hold up, and although I think the later seasons started to feel a little flat, it never became unbearable to watch. Caroline is still best girl. Bonnie did way too much for her friends. Jeremy is a little bitch, but honestly, the whole Hunter storyline reminded me of the Slayers from Buffy, so that was pretty cool. Everyone raves about The Originals but I think Vampires Diaries holds up way better. Oh, and I don’t know shit about legacies fuck that show.
