What was the last horror movie you saw in theaters? For me it was The Exorcist last Halloween. This year they're doing a triple feature of Nightmare Before Christmas, The Shinning and Night of the Living Dead (the original) where I live and I'm tempted to pack some dinner and head out there.

Remember when slasher kills where like 10 seconds? Now every kill is like 10 minutes lmao. But showing a heckin' booba!? Watched Ring for the first time. Saw the remake back around the time it came out and definitely didn't remember that one being so procedural (in a good way). The ghost stuff is actually the weakest element (Halloween costume level costuming for her in the big reveal at the end) but I was all in for the shit where they're pouring over newspaper clippings and going through the video frame by frame on that gorgeous editing machine.
