daemon fought this really cool kingsguard knight named corbray, one of the best fighters, they both had magic swords, they fought for 40 minutes before Daemon won, but when Daemon tried to take him off the battlefield to recieve aid, the tricky jew Targ bastard (Brynden Rivers AKA bloodraven) used that moment to order his men to rain arrows on them both, killing Daemon, which turn the tide and the rebellion fell apart

King Aegon the IV was cheated on by his wife and his heir was an illegitimate bastard, Daeron Waters.
He had no proof of this, so he instead started giving HIS bastard Daemon the symbols of legitimacy such as the sword Blackfyre. Before dying he legitimized him and the others, but for a while they did not rebel, because while Daeron was illegitimate he didn't look like he was going to be a bad king, so Daemon just accepted it.

But when Daeron married a dornish princess, spitting in the face of all the families that were hurt by Dorne, a lot of lords had enough, and BEGGED Daemon to stop this madness. But still Daemon, who was no kinslayer, was reluctant to rebel.
This was until the perfidious Bloodraven, his half brother, of malicious Blackwood family blood, dediced to play "a prank" on Bittersteel (also his half brother, of noble Bracken blood), by telling Daeron Waters that Daemon wanted to rebel and to have him killed.

As such, Daemon Blackfyre had no choice but to pick up the sword of the conqueror and defend the seven kingdoms from these villains. Sadly, he tragically died while heroically saving others on the battlefield, because of cursed dark magic arrows from Bloodraven.

The results of this tragic events can be seen clearly: madness and stupidity, as Daeron Water's line proceeded to destroy the Targaryen dinasty with a madman after the other. Baelor died in a stupid trial, Aerion burned himself drinking wildfire (yes, you heard that right), etc etc, then Aegon the V completed the work after burning most of his family in a frenzy at Summerhall (kinslayer blood ran in his veins so it was inevitable he would snap one day).
And then finally Aerys the mad king, the nail in the coffin.

But in Essos, the noble line persisted. Bittersteel created the Golden Company, and now the great Aegon Blackfyre will, thanks to their help, reconquer the seven kingdoms and put order back where chaos was created.
