Gotta respect Genshin for being one of the rare live service games where a character from launch is still extremely strong and useful, five years later. Scrapheap and Siri's Town are never given canon locations, the map creator took liberties as to where they were. And Siri's Town is not the actual name of the location, it's only called that because that was the name of the Legion slave who tells the player where she's from.
