It felt like they got worse with DKB because every level is just meant to be destroyed rather than having a lot of thought put into them. After that end sequence in new donk city, I felt like the whole game shouldn't have had time limits on bananzas. It felt so good seamlessly switching between them for different tasks. Idk Bananza was pretty cool because there were so many different ways you could decide to complete each task. It can be as easy or as hard as you want. You don't have to upgrade your hearts.
