I tried this game and I genuinely do not get how anyone manages to stay engaged. The story is absolute nonsense, doesn't even attempt to sound like something real and is just a succession of action scenes loosely tied together by the flimsiest of logic. And it's not just the 1.X story like the game's dickriders would have you believe, I played all of 2.X and it was the exact same (minus characters that haven't even been introduced randomly showing up in cutscenes I guess) so I gave up.The artstyle is... boringly soulless. It's not repulsive but it's the kind of shiny, hyperreal korean mmo style that makes everything look fake.Character designs are similar, it's that same brand of overdesigned, unengaging fashion contest that Hoyo games also do and that don't end up looking like anything, least of all something real someone would actually wear.Characters gets a few scenes in the patches where they're relevant and then fuck off forever, ready to be powercrept in both story and usability by the next patch.Who the fuck is this for, who likes this and why ?

One major redpill ive had to take is that normies for some weird reason I dont understand absolutely hate shooters with good fun fast movement. This is why every new shooter now has incredibly slow, shitty movement and refuses to add anything interesting. Every time a good movement shooter comes out that lets the player go fast it has a small amount of hype for a few weeks and then dies, or is DOA, it happened with the new tribes. I WANT something like tribes or to be popular, it SHOULD be, i had a ton of fun with the new one and remember playing acend when it was new, I was in middle school at the time. But for some reason, 99% of players will look at how fast it is and just say "no, i cant play that".
