After like 2 hours my vision gets blurry, and sometimes I get headaches and become kinda nauseous and light headed.It only happens with Elden Ring. Other than his charge, which is not too hard to roll, he is very fair and has huge openings in melee combat. I killed him with Milady on NG+7, and it took about an hour to learn his entire moveset and execute my strategy. He has a lot of openings in between attacks so throw out light attacks often after rolling. To dodge his first charge, simply walk right (or left) then dodge left (or right) when he's close. In a melee strategy, the hardest thing to deal with is his pig's quick headbutt which starts on your right, but if you do dodge it you get a free light attack and when he does is second headbutt from your left, you get a charged heavy or weapon art. With his 6 hit combo attack or so, you want to dodge left, right, then 2 lefts and you get a charged heavy or WA as he's finishing his combo and misses you, at-least I think this is the pattern, I do know it's two left dodges at the end, and he will still be in mid combo and completely miss you.Why is everyone complaining about Gaius?

I have a lot of mixed feelings about the DLC as a whole now that I'm at the gates of finishing it found around 90% of the items, almost every sadutree blessing, fought every boss (stuck on the final one), started as a soul level 150 and organically leveled up all the way to 200, and explored every single bit of space of the map, and the DLC inherited most of the base game problems. The main dungeons are some what bittersweet, with amazing conceptualization and art direction, but kinda linear and less engaging than the base legacy dungeons I rate the side content dungeons and caves from good to fantastic, they really tried to make them more unique and special this time, I like this Like half of the remembrance bosses are actually really fucking good, and the other half just good enough, some of the optional bosses are really fucking good too The World exploration felt kinda scuffed, because of the vertical nature of the overworld, mostly because I was locked out of ignorance of little details Most of the weapons and armors open a great deal of build variation and playstyles, the game practically earned 1/3 of pure replay value with the amount of weapon and weapon types introduced Art direction is just 11/10, one of the most stunning games I've ever seen, no question, Elden Ring had a somewhat mediocre soundtrack, but the expansion adds far more personality to the fights and the world The thing is, the whole expansion feels like NG+, funneled through an optional end game boss, I would have preferred to get all of this content connected to the main map of the game, so you could actually obtain and run new builds on a fresh character, so that the main game became far more enriched, now we face a gigantic 200 hour game splint in two. it's a 8/10 expansion on a 9/10 game/blog

I've beaten the DLC two times now -- I muled and bossrushed the 2nd time with 0 scooby doo tree. I like the bosses a lot aesthetically, but I still don't like elden ling boss design at all. I think the map is actually worse than base game in terms of wide open areas with nothing in them. The side dungeons are way better than base game, but legacy dungeons are so much worse. And I already think this game has the worst/fewest big dungeons of the series.I'm also very disappointed in a lot of weapons. The silver lining is that a lot of them seem to be non-somber and thus allowing experimentation. The spells all suck except for impenetrable thorns, which is just broken. I didn't care for base game crafting items and don't care about the new ones. Talismans suck. The excessive reuse is offensive.Bosses: 8-9/10Music: 8-9/10Moment-to-moment (dungeons, open world, encounters in both): 5-6/10I think it's mid. If I could approach it in a boss rush-y way without the use of mule, I would think it's good with serious problems. I hope Fromsoft never makes an open world game ever again. I greatly enjoyed my time with it, and I'm surprised I played it again immediately. But I will likely never play it again. I only played elden ling once until now for reference

This has been possible in every souls game. YOU BROUGHT UP no roll runs, which don't do just this. They sprint in and out of attack range over and over to bait out specific attack patterns that lock the enemy into 20 second long nonsense, which allows them to angle and strafe certain ways to outright break the AI and positioning of it. In previous games you just couldn't do this because bosses didn't attack and reposition so much. I cannot fucking believe I'm having to explain to you what happens in the types of runs you brought up, you're so dimwitted my brain is starting to wonder if you're not just trolling
