>>41275970in a similar vein, godfrey reggio's qatsi trilogy if you haven't seen it, fricke worked on one of them. if you're looking for more weirdness in the experimental/fine arts end of cinema, matthew barney also fits the bill. james benning's landscape suicide is a unique take on a serial killer documentary. speaking of documentaries, until the light takes us is about fucked up shit that went down in the black metal scene in norway in its early days>>41276120>under the skisthe lesser-known sequel where she takes up a career on the slopes. maybe it's because I saw them on the same day, but I always think of this movie together with upstream colour, another good bit of weirdness (primer by the same director is also good especially for time travel autists).

This is another TI thread, meant to be a companion to the gangstalking one that is regularly posted. We talk a lot about the gangstalking. While the gangstalking does happen and worth discussing, I rarely see the gaslighting / psychological warfare aspects of the phenomenon brought up. Yet when it is, a lot of people find it interesting. So, ITT we discuss the gaslighting aspect of the TI phenomenon's experience. Gangstalking is definitely unnerving or even dangerous, but it's this stuff that leaves the lasting damage, the reason why you slowly became more paranoid about *everything*, why you may be questioning your own intuition or self-agency, or any other aspect of your being that can be manipulated. There is a lot of overlap with this phenomena and mental disorders as this phenomena tends to be so corrosive to one's wellbeing that disorders very easily begin to appearing after a few years, as it feeds into every paranoid wondering and pang of anxiety while simultaneously distracting and suppressing your awareness of alternate explanations, exploiting gaps in your perceptions or any evidence to the contrary to their narratives. The purpose of all this is to keep you distracted from the details of your life, so your relationships rot, your health rots, your mental wellness rots, everything rots so slowly it's hard to even notice. Especially with them keeping you wrapped up in the petty circular arguments they love to incite. Please share what you've learned, or discuss whatever it is they're doing at the current moment. If anything, this could be used to vent, lol. Lord knows it helps.
>>41275702Gonna start this off by posting some long-winded thoughts, some text dumps and resources, and some explanations of things that more and more people are realizing about this phenomenon. We don't know many specifics or have hard evidence beyond some audio recordings of these disembodied voices we all experience, so take this all with a heap of salt. Look to compare these experiences up against your own, see if anything stands out as eerily similar. While they go out of their way to obfuscate every detail about themselves, observing how they behave for long enough nets some very interesting patterns, patterns that seem a near constant across every TI i've come across online and talked to. While one might believe it's supernatural and another thinks it's alien ghosts, they all agree that gaslighting is happening for one reason or another, and that is both incredibly hard to circumvent and ignore, and incredibly eroding at times. (continued)
>>41275739(continued)Once we accept that this isn't some incorporeal being who is far from any possibility of harm, and instead humans doing things to a lot more humans using human technology, for all too human reasons. There's a reason they so strongly imply and posture themselves as omniscient, omnipotent, etc., constantly, incessantly from every angle. It's the same reason that many TIs at the start are convinced they have a mental disorder as explanation for the disembodied voices, which sets them up discrediting labelling, dismissal, and generally bad times in the future. To achieve their goals, they must lie and misdirect, misinform, and send you barking up the wrong trees, so you never truly learn what this thing actually is. This thing, what ever it is ultimately for, who ever is perpetrating it, hinges solely on plausible deniability absolute. Who is going to believe someone that says they are hearing voices, that nobody else can hear, saying the craziest things to that person? The obvious answer is mental illness, as far as the average person is concerned. This is coming from a place of having been there myself, but managed to figure out how things would play out and realized this was a phenomenon that is purely external to our bodies, and adjusted in time.
>>41275750Below are some links of some stuff I wrote this year. Mostly compiled journal entries and stuff that came out of researching other TI's claims and experiences, so you can hopefully use bits and pieces of what worked for me to help yourself overcome this. Forgive that it is on reddit, it's just for the highly visible free bulk text hosting where it won't get deleted in a week. - https://www.reddit.com/r/ClarityTI/wiki/index/topiclist Step by step breakdown of observed, distinct phases in the experience of being a TI, with inferred intent behind each. This one is probably the most important one. - https://www.reddit.com/r/ClarityTI/wiki/index/topiclist/phases-of-manipulation More about the mental state they try to get you to settle into - https://www.reddit.com/r/ClarityTI/wiki/index/topiclist/deconstructing-the-victim-narrative Before anyone brings up supernatural / extraterrestrial causes, sorry but it is definitely human tech. We're not going to have a derailment arguing over who done it; we're in here to discuss ways of dealing with it. We've been able to do crazy shit like remote neural monitoring since like 2012: - Apparatus and method for remotely monitoring and altering brain waves https://patents.google.com/patent/US3951134A/en - Mobile user borne brain activity data and surrounding environment data correlation system https://patents.google.com/patent/US9101279B2 - https://www.reddit.com/r/ClarityTI/wiki/index/topiclist/demystifying-the-technology
>>41275752How to tell the differences between genuine mental illness and the TI phenomenon experience - https://www.reddit.com/r/ClarityTI/wiki/index/topiclist/how-to-tell-if-you-are-a-ti (A note on this one - this one swings both ways. If you ended up thinking you're a TI but your symptoms better align with a mental disorder, genuinely, please seek aid. It helps so much.) How to manage their constant, malicious chatter. It's designed to cut you down, wear you out, and distract you relentlessly, but it can also be turned to your benefit. You'll find they stumble a lot when you take control of the narrative of your life and utterly disregard whatever they say in protest. - https://www.reddit.com/r/ClarityTI/wiki/index/topiclist/counter-storytelling/ This one was written by someone else, but it's hugely helpful so I included it here. It goes into the ways the V2K can be used to make someone think they're being gangstalked or harassed in person, when it's really just all remotely driven acoustic theatrics and, of course, gaslighting and social engineering and all that. Not to say gangstalking does not occur, far too many people report experiencing it to deny it, but this seems to be the case a large percentage of the time. - https://www.reddit.com/r/TargetedSolutions/comments/1km67d9/a_reassessment_of_gang_stalking_through_the_v2k/

Anon had finally done it. They had called everyone on /x/ schizophrenic. Every schizo would now take their meds and /x/ would reach new, never before seen heights of shitposting. Anon felt tired but well spent. They needed to rest for wherever there would be a schizopost they would need to stand vigilant. Half empty paliperidon needles laid strewn about as the sun set once again over our brave hero.
>>41276086Anon on his deathbed: I wish I victim blamed more victims of stalking with PTSD and told them to take their meds more aggressively.
A mistake that many TI do is that when their GS goes into ultra rage torture mode it's because the TI did something bad. The TI tries to make sense of it and always fail to find any answers. This is because the TI starts thinking in terms of a world where only the TI and GS exists. The torture of the TI is the GS's rage outlet rather than a strategically planned behavioral adaptation manipulation in the TI.
>>41276086>>41276195You are funny. But you still need to take your meds.

I want to try a monk's diet, with bread, fruit, organic cheese and milk, and soups and stews. This was the historical Benedictine diet, without red meat but with some fish and poultry.I'm neutral on meat as long as the animal wasn't abused. Also monks were allowed to drink some alcohol, but according to the desert fathers not more than 3 drinks a night. Are there any micro nutrients and esoteric foodstuffs that are important? >>41276242The only place I've seen it for sale as edible camphor is Indian grocery stores. I think they have a religious exemption to sell it for ritual purposes. But it definitely says "edible camphor" on the box
>>41276274Thanks anon. DeepSeek says I shouldn’t eat more than a couple grams. I’m definitely going to try it but start small. I’m an expert with herbs and plant/fungi medicine at this point
>>41276242Speaking of herbs reddit says I shouldn’t ingest. I’m going to try eucalyptus leaf tea next. I’ll start small and see how I feel but I see on Amazon there’s people who drink it and now indigenous tribes drink it too What’s medicine at one dose becomes poison at another dose. So I don’t recommend others do what I do
One thing I often have to keep in mind is price. I would love to buy 1 pound each of myrrh, Japanese knotweed or huang qin but each of those is $30+ per pound I can buy 2 pounds of neem leaf for $12, 1 pound of mint for $11, and 1 pound of eucalyptus for $13. Those herbs are all effective but the difference is paying $40 vs $100
>>41276323In Australia they've been drinking billy tea (eucalyptus tea) for 200+ years, and the abos for God knows how long, it won't hurt you.You can get the same terpenes (eucalyptol) from Bay leaves. Bay leaf tea is also a traditional remedy for parasites
White people are only meant to live in temperate and boreal forests. Other biomes are evil and ill-suited for life, especially deserts and jungles. You can truly feel the evil energy from those places.
>>41274945Its a bit broader than that, but yes, different races resonate spiritually more or less with certain biomes. You need to keep in mind that there are also different kinds of whites, Meds won't feel at home in a boreal forest whereas a Finn mightI am quite sensitive to natural environments around me, and I've traveled in a lot of different biomes and observed my own reaction to them, and how the people living in them seem to be.Tropical forests and savannas seem to be very hostile to whites, and the whites that live there seem to be spiritually decayed, although less along the coast, the ocean seems to have a mitigating effect. Temperate grasslands seem to be alright for whites, in fact they can thrive there, I think due to the Indo-Europeans being a steppe people, you can see whites doing well in the Great Plains of North America, the Pampas of South America and the Highveld of South Africa. Hot arid deserts like in Arabia or North Africa are hostile to pretty much everyone, and to survive there you need to live in dense cities with irrigation agriculture like Arabs, which can be quite artificial and also corrosive to the soul. Cooler semi-arid deserts on the other hand can be quite nice, I personally resonate somewhat with arid scrubby and rocky landscapes with trees in dry diver beds, though a bit less than some other biomes. I think most whites actually aren't that well adapted to heavy snow, like in cold boreal forest (except maybe Scandis and Finns) or very snowy continental climates like the northeast of North America, east asians resonate more with those climates (compare northern China and Korea to the Northeastern US) and have physical adaptions for them as well, like small noses, flat faces and narrow eyes. Part 1 of 2
>>41275448>evolved to live inside the earth>inability to see well at nightwouldn't that be reversed?
>>41276334>>41274945Continuing from my previous post, while whites are not snow adapted they are well suited to damp cold, as is the case in much of Europe, and are therefore well suited to living on temperate coasts and islands. The temperate west coasts of North and South America are the closest climate and biome types to those of Europe, as they have a gradient from Mediterranean to cool temperate rainforest, and in my opinion these places resonate the most with whites. There are also pockets of Mediterranean climates and temperate rainforest in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa, and these places were also successfully settled by whites.
>>41276346>>41275448I'm assuming this includes some kind of low intensity light source being present in inner earth to allow for plant growth
>>41274945The most appropriate biome for whites is the evergreen temperate Laurasilva rainforest of the Azores and Madeira, because before Atlantis sank it was covered in it.
