There was a lot of busy work on the space around the "planet", I couldn't discern most of it, but I am pretty sure some of the stuff were very large mothership-level craft (white stuff in picrel). The Earth shone beautifully. Space wasn't a black void at all, but colorful with a watercolor texture. The stars were visible the way you'd think, like hot spots of white (yellow in picrel).
