What if those damnable emotions that rule our logical thought processeses were rules by us and organized to benefit our logical thinking, not the other way around?I mean, I believe in it enough I do it to myself. And better still, I revel in the hedonistic side of it, the sensations, the feelings, the experiences. By altering my understanding of language so that everything I need to know about the occult can be receive in the form of satisfying feelings that I'm craving unconsciously, subconsciously and consciously I train my mind to expect my manifestations to become true as more and more of a given.
Another conundrum I have encountered is that the sensation that something is true or could be true can be so convincing via ESP that it can be indistinguishable from the real thing. This was sort of a goal of what we were developing, we want mind-control to be an option so the supplanting of desires with others is an important opportunity and people should be free to believe whatever they want, or at least mostly so, and so that would entail being able to make these sorts of mistakes...but on the other hand, many beings want certain emotions and sensations to be infallible sources of knowledge that educate on things in a reliable, unchanging way. These two possibilities run contrary to each other. Should the servant feel just as special as the Master? They probably would work harder, be happier, and to some Masters it doesn't matter if the servant deludes themselves...to others, the servant MUST know they're inferior, they're not allowed to convince themselves otherwise.Which way is better?
