No matter what I played, there was no sound coming out of it. But that is impossible, right? Then, something urged me to play my unfinished piece on it. I played my piece for nearly two minutes. Still, no sound was made. I gave up and went to bed. In the middle of the night, I started hearing the piece I wrote coming from my living room. I didn’t know who was playing it. But it was… me? The notes, the vibrato, every technique I heard resembled my playing. Flawless. After almost two minutes, the piece continued. I began hearing the unfinished parts, and it was perfect. It fit naturally into what I had left incomplete, exactly as I had imagined. Then, I just passed out to the music. After I woke up, I still remembered everything that happened that night. Was it a dream? Was it real? I have no way to know. So, I walked to check the violin in my living room. It was… in the same place I left it. Untouched.
