It’s how budget is not handled well at all.Manga that don’t need that much of a budget to tell the stories they do in animation get extremely fluid animation despite not really needing it. Look at Sakamoto Days, Kaiju no 8, or JJK.But then stories that actually would need a relatively high budget to tell the stories they need to, such as BLAME, Baki, Kengan Ashura, or Gamera Rebirth get absolutely nothing.It’s rare to see an anime nowadays that has animation that’s entirely suited for the story it’s trying to tell. It’s either far more complicated than the story needs, or far too unimpressive compared to what it needs to do.Also the picture is a placeholder because I liked it

Sense notes that the special forces don't seem to be making a move. Serie notes that they seem to want to reap the benefits of waiting for their enemies to take each other out. So many powerful and experience mages, but so cautious. How cowardly.Sense retorts that that very lack of courage is what's terrifying about them. Serie remembers that Sense has previously fought them and the Frase had killed three first class mages. This made Serie miserable of course. Sense changed the subject asking if she'll be able to meet the emperor this time. Serie responds that the Emperor will come even if they didn't want to meet with him. She notes that he is cautious and understands the value of appearances so he will come with a larger entourage than hers.
