Tomorrow, April 1st, marks 20 years since The Baby-Sitters Club (1986-2000) went from youth novels to graphic novels (2006-onward), which have arguably been more popular than the originals.To celebrate (doing it today cuz I know this site celebrates April Fools), I'm doing a storytime of that original comic. The first four were done by none other than one of the great modern cartoonists, Raina Telgemeier, best known for Smile and Drama. Not to mention September, we're finally getting a FIFTH Raina BSC comic!I'm excited to share this with you!

Anyone else like fucking with new players by convincing them to go on a Mucky Boys raid? I've gotten some great reactions from them finding out it's a waste of time.

Gwen and Kevin is more interesting from a narrative standpoint and Ben having a love life as varied as his aliens is better then some tsundere slop that Ben and Gwen woukd have been. In short Ben and Gwen would have ended up a pretty milk toast pairing.

Takara basically made better movie designs than any of the movies so far but we haven't seen any of the toy-original designs animation except for the Machinima bullshit, and that stuff is just based off existing animation inspired designs anyway. I'd love for them to be able to really stretch their legs like Cybertron or Car Robots 2000. >.
