It's why we practically never saw Bruce Wayne. Batman in BTAB was all about the myth and the legend of the cowl, rather than the man behind it. He was always prepared, always righteous, and always tried his hardest, which ultimately might be the most unrealistic concept of them all. But they explored it in an environment where it made sense. Fuck, in the musical episode, even the other heroes sing along with the villains about how much he irks them.
