Denuvo seems kind of based to me. It reassures dumb studios who would otherwise delay PC ports by giving semi-effective DRM, but it doesn't seem to impact that much stuff like mods etc. Because it's a subscription it won't hurt game preservation too much since studios will eventually be forced to lift the DRM. And modern games aren't so amazing that you have to play them right away, and honestly, if one is, they fucking earned it. I give up, I just want good games to come out at this point.The only downside is if studios go bankrupt and leave the only copy of their game with nasty DRM.
