Does your boss care about your employee reviews? Mine doesn't really but it's annoying always hearing "We're looking to get you a position/salary bump" every once in a while and then quiet. I'd be honestly less mad if they just didn't mention it. Otherwise it's been "you've been doing good!" but no specifics. All I do is answer their questions asap or send them a report or investigate a feature from my end and then go back to playing games for the next 6 hours of my shift....
