That slim workstation's PSU appears to have 200W power limit.
A GTX 1050 should be the stopping point for that system.

>Also, today I bought this, so tell where I fucked up:
Probably the AIO and the 9900X.
9900X is for cost-effective workstations; they run like a slightly better 9600X in gaming.

Basically when the switch from the high noise model to the low noise model should happen for i2v (the split of total number of steps between high noise and low noise). The default sigma boundary value for t2v is 0.875 and for i2v it's 0.900.

why not look for job in esports? esports guys are more gamedevs and more techworkers than any gamedevs and any techworkers ever will.

the environment is not sterile at all and you can be edgy as much as you like. No vapid boomer managers, no eggless female HRs, and most importantly, no dumb toddlers, and it's upholds actual genuine family values.

it will feel like highschool again, trust me.

My understanding is they're actually tracking your mouse movements before you click the box. It's supposedly difficult to create a bot that can mimic statistically human-like movement. Not impossible, but apparently difficult enough that these multi-trillion dollar companies decided it works well enough. Some of them also look track cookies and features on your browser for human-like settings and behavior.

Yeah, I can find it with echo, it gives me some number.
But I substitute that number on the export command or leave it as $UID and the command will interpret that? Same with the second export command.
>>
>>107000769
in double quotes (") export will substitute that for you just the same as it did with echo. your shell does that substitution before any commands are invoked (these are most likely gonna be builtins in both cases, but the same concept applies)
if you are ever unsure about this slap echo in front of your command and you should see any variable substitutions applied the same way you would if you invoked the actual command
>>
>>107000748
>>107000769
You can run them as-is; $UID and $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR will be substituted automatically when defining the environment variables.

>>107000749
Run those commands in a shell, or you could add them somewhere like /etc/profile or ~/.bash_profile if needed.
>>
>>107000769
so what file are you putting that in? or just exporting them in an interactive shell?

Literally what's the point. I'm sure the developers listed on the 9front site are having fun with it as an ongoing opportunity to flex their software dev and art skills (the pamphlets look nice), but as a user past the novelty phase it serves no interest to me. Does all the same shit as anything else with double the inconvenience. I would have more respect for it if it wasn't literally in the promotional material of running Doom and using a file browser. Maybe something new perhaps?

Eric has failed us, he has literally one job, and that is to provide 25 puzzles, per year, on schedule. Now it's only a 12 day challenge, how can you even call that "advent" of code, which is supposed to count down to Christmas. I am outraged, and you should be too. What if Santa's elves just decided to stop making half the toys??? Ridiculous.

>Also, starting this year, there will be 12 days of puzzles each December.

>Why did the number of days per event change? It takes a ton of my free time every year to run Advent of Code, and building the puzzles accounts for the majority of that time. After keeping a consistent schedule for ten years(!), I needed a change. The puzzles still start on December 1st so that the day numbers make sense (Day 1 = Dec 1), and puzzles come out every day (ending mid-December).

I don't know about Verizon but VoIP on T-Mobile doesn't work with my 5 iii because T-Mobile refuses to whitelist that device. I do know that since Sony pulled out of the US market the phones they make don't have good band support in the US anymore. It's a real bummer. I'm still seriously considering upgrading to another Sony phone in a year or so though.

I just got out of prison and I'm on federal probation for terrorist threats.
Part of my requirements is to let them install monitoring software on all my devices.
However, their monitoring software for Apple devices doesn't work to their liking and they can see what I'm doing in the apps.

So if I continue to use apple devices, then they would confiscate them every month to review them.
OR I can use an Android/PC setup instead because their monitoring software allows them to see what I'm doing inside the apps.

So because of that, I have to use Androids. I can use an iPhone if I want, but I gotta deal with them coming to my house and taking my shit, and makes me appear noncompliant when they specifically told me they would rather me use an android on multiple occassions.

The Zenfone I'm talking about is the Zenfone 10.
