why dont other DEs have this?
this is absolutely necessary for a laptop so you can use it in tiling on the go and nontiling when running it docked/with multiple screens and a mouse.
i keep going back to check out cosmic because of this feature but cosmic still crashes and leaks memory so its still not good enough for prime time but the moment it's stable im switching. why the fuck dont gnome/kde/cinnamon have this?
>>
This is basically a tiling wm except with wasted space everywhere, but I'm not judging.
I purposefully use dwm with desktop icons, I dedicate the first workspace as empty so I can look at them, some people would call this an abomination.

Maybe I just ran out of stuff to ask, but you run into the limits of it's knowlege very quickly, it's basically useless for anything relating to algorithmic music DSLs and obscure unix utilities like sc(1) - spreadsheet calculator, it's confidently wrong about the features of many command line programs, it randomly clams up on me if I talk about hormone modulation therapies like those involved with male pattern hair regrowth, it refuses to talk about the male prostate orgasm to any meaningful degree, etc etc

Thank you for the recommendation. Will definitely get the Bunny. I wouldn't mind fiddling with the EQ of the Q1's; I'm considering both. Are the cables that important?

Clamp force is more important to comfort than weight. Sennheiser HD600 is the most uncomfortable headphone I have ever tried (before I bent the band to lower the clamp force) even though it's light. Meanwhile, my Hifiman Arya Stealth which is significantly heavier than the HD600 is the most comfortable headphones I tried along with the HD 800S because they have very gentle clamp force.

I just ordered this gaming PC. What am I in for?

>>106994181
Look, heres the point. You bought a PC, which according to the ad, doesn't actually tell you much about the PC at all. A ryzen 5? Is that a 1400 or 9600? So where in between? "4gb graphics"? You don't even know what manufacturer that is. This is similar for everything it's advertising

If your are just lay person and don't care, then I guess whatever, but I read articles of people getting essentially scammed like this, because they see an ad that is true, but gives them so little information about the actual versions of what they are getting, and it turns out to be junk from a decade ago.

No. All I know is when I updated to the next ESR release, the site would load up again.
>>
>>106994964
On mac,
if you have multiple profiles runnings,
and you update from one of the profiles,
and you just leave everything running,
then things go screwy when trying to open new tabs or websites.

Everything starting working properly when you completely quit the old firefox instances,
then start the newly upgraded firefox.

I've seen this a few times because I usually have lots of tabs open and never like restarting firefox.

My guess is the problem you saw might have been something similar.
