Ifs market share in China has surpassed iOS earlier.
it does not use an android base like KaiOS and most other linux mobile os
it's not linux / unix based like Sail fish and iOS.
it's a microkernel OS. it's also open source.
and got a weird sdk that uses a language that looks like TypeScript (it's not webshit)
I wonder how effective is it against israeli spyware?

It's a necessity if all you can do i copycat and steal western tech by brute infiltration.
Trojan on chip was a bold move.
Trojan in the OS is a lot cheaper and more sustainable.

I won't buy dat shit.

The previous low price was due to Chinese dumping, it's unhealthy and unsustainable. There is no going back to that.

False.

>>
>>107661545
This did a mostly great job on something I was trying to manually sync myself the other day but gave up on. The last 15 minutes or so of the movie lost sync though. It could save you a lot of time if you actually pay attention to what it's doing.
>>
>>107661673
It works really well with English audio. Too bad it didn't work very well for your use case. The other anon suggesting Subtitleedit is probably right in this case
>>
>>107661702
Adding --gss made the sync slightly better and it goes out of sync later but I think there's a reason for the discrepancy here. I extracted these subtitles from YouTube and they came from a TV airing of the movie. I think there's a slight difference in the edit between it and the DVD release. Hopefully there are no lines of dialogue missing because that will be a real pain in the ass but at least it's only a small portion that needs correcting.

Now that llama.cpp server has model routing support, how to enable prompt caching between model reloads? I want to unload a huge model with slow prompt processing, then reload it again and not have to process the entire prompt.

At this point, I wont even use any desktop environment on linux if it isn't X11. Even XFCE is dead to me because it has wayland support. I will never support anything wayland based on linux.
I'm X11 pilled.

should i use xlibre or wayland on my laptop?
>>
>>107653632
Xlibre only exists because they ejected enrico, which they didn't have to do, despite the claims that he is just mucking things up, they could have just had in work on a "future/dev" branch to protect the master, and decide if any of the work was worth merging, but instead they let enrico basically do whatever he wanted , and then claim that somehow he is at fault for them accepting those patches and breaking the master which shouldn't be considered stable anyway. They don't like enrico, they don't want the xserver to gain any new features, that is why xlibre exists , it is the only way anything new will be added to the xserver. and they have added new features to the xserver. so I don't see how xlibre is the same as the freedesktop xserver project.

Literally every engineering exec is joining Nvidia. This is basically an acquisition where Nvidia gets everything it wants then leaves the parts that it doesn't want, and it's cheaper because regular employees don't get the full acquisition windfall. Same shit Meta pulled when they "invested but didn't acquire" Scale AI, and Scale AI's execs all moved to Meta.
>>
What's wrong with that? Nvidia has to protect their bottom line you know!
They're not a charity!!!

If you want cheap inference, access an API endpoint. What's the matter? You're not doing anything illegal, right? You're not a terrorist right? Why are you so against safety!!!!!

Wonder what happens to the engineers
Figure Nvidia actually wants them, or is it just grabbing execs and controlling competition?
