Any scripts that get around it?
I can't even verify my ageGonna need that userscript
get OUT
>>106519927>>106521772>>106524280just prompt it bro
>>106519908probably just a css filter
>>106524280>>106524280I tried to turn it into a userscript, but it doesn't work if you navigate to a new page. You have to hard refresh the page, then it works, but if you navigate somewhere else or open a new tab, twitter won't load. The only extra thing I set was "// @run-at document-start".At any rate, the extension itself works fine (and I'm fine with using it since the code is so simple I can read the whole thing), which is fucking amazing. I wonder how long it will take for elon the schizophrenic cunt to patch this.

>>106524659I think you're fucked jeetanon sorry
>>106526070Internal + the external yes. The primary battery is at 97% and the secondary is about 76% so that one needs replacing for sure
>>106526351when I meant capacity I meant how big it is. there are 3 different models for the external battery: 24Wh, 48Wh and 72Wh. the latter is obviously more desirable but like I can said it's easy to get another one anyway (the 24Wh model is the most common, if you have that and it's the one at 76% health, get a 72Wh and you'll have great battery life on that machine)
are there any thinkpads which are capable of running with 0 binary blobs?
What is the usecase of routing cables behind floor trims like this? How can a computer nerd like me take advantage of these cutouts? I was just thinking of replacing these trims outright with something solid and sealed so dust, grime, and insects can't accumulate behind them. Besides, where are the cables supposed to break out? Why not just use wall mounted cable boxes for things like extension cords and devices? Less of a fire hazard too, especially if you run MDF trims as opposed to PVC/XPS.
>>106525228I have never ever seen a building that doesn't route it behind walls or with encased cable ties on the outside of a wall.>below the subfloorWho does that?
>>106522927>coax
I chiselled holes in to my wall and embedded the wires directly inside of them.Get on my level.
>>106522927Nothing. I prefer the industrial look of neat but exposed cable and conduit
>>106523168>short circuit happens>in a cable that isn't undergoing wearYeah, and maybe the cables in your wall will have a short circuit as well.

>>106511246i use an iphone since i'm stuck with att/vzn for the time being
>>106511246This isn't actually true, pretty much any brand that uses T-Mobile will be able to run any Chinese phone, reception obviously depends on the bands the phones are missing
Are refurbished phones worthwhile? Thinking of getting an S24 refurbished for like $400. My main concern is the battery, but the phone is less than 2 years old, so unless the previous owner absolutely abused it I can't imagine it being that bad
>>106526022No
>>106524108Why are you stuck with two very different carriers? Why can't you get a Samsung? Or a Pixel? Or OnePlus?

>>106525823The benchmarks and reviews I all saw say it's coming Q4, likely whenever they finally shuffle B60 out the door.>>106524837Why don't Americans just import from other nations that have stock? I don't get it, we're flush with intel GPUs. I saw shit constantly about B580 shortages and they were in stock here the entire time.Shit, we still have BNIB A770 and most of the Alchemist line too in some form of another.
>>106526018>Can it do local AI stuff or do I still need an nvidia gpu for that? That's part of their pitch, it won't crunch compute or be blazing fast but it will be efficient for what it puts out. It's 70W/16GB for $350. A770 would be a bit cheaper but 200W I think, 9060 XT is $350 when it's at MSRP for 170W TDP.You're buying size/convenience with this. The biggest crutch is the x8 lanes but it's not that huge a nerf.
>>106526008I guess if you already have said old office machine and want to put a 1050-tier card in there, fine. The scenario I had in mind was the people who buy an old optiplex SFF with the intent of upgrading it.The card in the OP doesn't seem to be very appealing in either scenario. It's way too expensive for a super-budget optiplex setup but also really weak compared to what you can get for a few more litres and an extra hundred watts.
>>106526018Local LLMs and other tools approved by Intel R TM AI department. Outside 99% it will not work.
>>106518987>SFF
Why aren't you programming in Pascal? It's cross platform, compatible with SDL, almost as fast as c\c++, is structured better to make you a better programmer, easier to make front end software, the list goes on! Come home to the computer room and make things again!
>>106523553Oberon is better than pascal. I think if GNU and userspace Linux community choosed Oberon instead C/C++ then they already writed reliable and better alternative to Windows and mac.

4chan, or kiwifag tourists, really bullied this man to death. I had a picture of him on my desk at work for a couple of years before he died. If you were involved, fuck you.

They are the true dregs of society, and they seem to engage in this sort of activity out of pure sadism, perhaps to have someone--anyone--to feel as though they are even one half-rung above on the social ladder. They're self-aggrandizing on top of that. It's sickening to anyone with a conscience.

Recently got a new phone released this year and I'm shocked at how many options there is (android 15), even photos I take with camera have my location embedded in the metadata, location is also on all the time (for the find your device if it's stolen bullshit)All of this is concerning, what are the must do things when getting a new phone regarding privacy? I don't feel safe.
Step 1: Install LineageOS
>>106525584It is very simple: The more you use internet based services, the bigger your (potential) digital footprint becomes. There is no technical solution for this, this is the bitter truth. You can waste your money on VPNs, tinker with customROMs use a "privacy browser". But as soon you use services on the internet you are generating data which can be harvested.
>>106525584GrapheneOS + RethinkDNS with filterlists + very careful app selection

>>106519052When we buried my grandfather's ashes, the groundskeeper at the cemetary said he was 98 years old and looking for someone to replace him. This was a place way out in the sticks, dirt road access only. I should've asked him about it, if it paid even just like $10,000 a year I could probably handle it fine. Just need enough to eat and keep the lights on, basically.Don't know if it'd pay even that much , it was a small graveyard at a small village and probably relied on volunteer work from retirees, but maybe it had state funding, I don't know.

Is Python just libraries and modules?I learned Python at the start of the year, I spent months trying to get good at it.I wanted to actually know the ins and outs of Python, not just be familiar with the basic syntax.Last week I got a junior backend job at a major bank in my country (I'm in South East Asia)... and everyone is just using libraries. Like 80% of my work is just letting someone else's code do everything to the point that we're literally just copy pasting shit from a text file where they've saved the most used functions.Wtf?
>>106526384>Is Python just libraries and modules?yes, i often write files that are often just eleven import statements and nothing else

Is AI getting worse? It seems like it was actually usable for about 6 months and now it won't produce any usable code. Are they gimping the models to try and turn a profit?
