This is the real answer. It doesn't matter how you "store" the discs. They're all polycarbonate for fuck sakes. They are already quite resilient. The defects of the media can be subtle however.

>>107567615
>>107567462
Not just mistakes, but sometimes its intentional. a lot of asian producers tried skipping out on material costs during various production cycles over the years and thats why you need this kind of descripancy. in principle, cds can last practically forever. but you will never know if the disks you own are from a bad batch some chinese jew cooked up to save some money for his zaibatsu. Printed books suffer from the same problem. Did they use the correct ink and paper or did you get the version of the book printed by thirdies in a sweat shop the one year they sent the order there.

I have books made from real squid ink that were printed hundreds of years ago, they are in perfect condition. Meanwhile, some cheap (actually, was rather expensive) books that were printed less than 10 years ago in china already have pages with fadded text.

This is the problem with global industry. We know how to do things right, but when you play telephone tag with your technology and outsource to thirdies, sometimes they fuck up. Even worse, sometimes they do it on purpose. You wont know until theres a failure and then of course its too late.

Are you a virgin?

Every single year AI companies are spending hundreds of billions of dollars making barely any revenue in return.

They are all banking on it being able to replace workers with AI. They imagine it will make them money by allowing them to reduce the amount of money they spend on labor. From a macro view that's obviously retarded because people need jobs to buy their products but companies don't care because they only think about themselves.
>>
>>107563874
>aijeets actually believe this
>>
>>107569848
This is the key point that unravels the sham. How the fuck am I supposed to buy things if you took my job and everyone else's job? Where does the tax revenue come from? How far behind are we on taxing machines that do work (probably pretty fucking far, hence the big push by companies to fuck you over NOW)?
>Power bill increased 40% - Fuck you
>Water bill increased 30% - Fuck you
>AI took your job - Fuck you
And they are literally using your tax dollars to do it. I would honestly be more on board for this if it were run directly by the Department of Energy instead of some gay Jew that literally IOU'd the entire planets' RAM supply.

I don't get why vapes universally look so gay. Why can't they look somewhat respectable, like the vape from MGSV?
>>
>>107569482
>its all in the pg content of your juice
Don't think it's entirely clever to up that. But I'm of the opinion the chemical taints to make tollerable are worse.

>if you're vaping product instead you dont want clouds
Yeah. When you start with 90% THC tainted with THCa diamonds, every bit you breath out in that big cloud is THC you isn't absorbing. IE: wasted.
Besides. A big ol chong like your picrel would reduce most to a coughing spluttering mess for at least a few min, as minimal damage... Makes far more sense to take less in initially. If you need more, it's still there...
And yeah, temp is a big factor in that. But nowhere near as much as just not being greedy in the first place. Greed comes with it's own rewards.
>>
>>107570143
>Why can't they look somewhat respectable, like the vape from MGSV?
I take it you've never actually seen one of the pen-style vapes IRL? Some actually look like pens.
Seen a 510 threadded thing, seems it'll eat up to most 2ml carts, looks just like a car keyfob. Just instead of a key popping round when you hit the button it's a vape cart....
>>
>>107570405
Those look better, but they're still too thin. They look more like a long gay french cigarette than a cigar or regular cigarette. Half the reason people start smoking is because it looks cool, I dunno why vape manufacturers haven't figured that out yet.
>>
>>107570481
>Half the reason people start smoking is because it looks cool
I mean, sure. When you start smokin' when you're 8. But generally that's not so much of a thing now.

T'other month my lil brother's daughter - 9 - asked if she could have a vape. There's things marketed at kids that age, no nicotine, just 'flavour'.
He said 'no' ofc...

I moved to Japan/Tokyo area, and I'm looking for a good hifi tube setup.
I want a turntable and a good disk player that can play hi fidelity formats.
So far the only Japanese brands I'm settled on are an Audiotechnica turntable but I am clueless on tube amps and receivers.

>>107568333
Well I do, I wanted a /g/ opinion. Also most of the people I with aren't audiophiles, which is ironic because I'm a sonar analyst.
Its also super overwhelming, I went to electric city in Akiharaba and it just not the place to be unless you know your shit.
So far the only tube amps made in Japan I know are Luxman and SunAudio. I'm also looking for something used/vintage.
I have stack of magic eye sound level tubes and I've been getting into tube eletronics lately, I'm bulding a magic eye tube sound level bar that looks really nice.

If you let a company crawl through your home, map every corner of your life, all because you couldn't spare ten minutes a week with a vacuum… well… you get what you get. And you earned it.
>>
>>107570178
It takes a lot more than 10 minutes to vacuum my home. I am not too worried about US agencies knowing my floor plan, they have other and even more precise ways to obtain those. I am more worried about China and find it puzzling that media was able to go so deeply into TDS that they didn't cover this. Even the comments and fora relating to those articles are completely lost though here we can blame the wumao.

In any case, I use my Roomba in darkness. I can tell it struggles with the SLAM since it rarely finds its way back to the docing station, and then only by random.
