x : int : 42

would be valid in Odin to declare a constant int
x :: 42

would declare the same const, inferring it as an int
x := 42

would instead bind 42 to variable x, again inferring the type
Similarly
let x : int = 42;;

would be a valid binding in OCaml
etc.

hey besides a colour flattening lora is there any way of avoiding this happening? to explain i used photoshop to get a color range and selected the skin, when removing it you can see patches that arent quite the same hue/sat levels, the intent being id like my lora/character to have the exact same skin hue every time i generate it, and while i can do that with the color match tool i feel like it would be easier to do something with stable diffusion, like i said there's a color flattening lora but then thta affects the style overall, wondering if instead there was an extension, for reference working in forge neo and using an SDXL model

Other than for storing videos and photos taken with your phone, is there a reason to even need more than 256GB on a phone? People with more than 256GB, what do you use your extra capacity for not including the videos and photos you take with it?

this guy is pretty similar to mmap in a lot of ways, with the obvious difference being that mprotect only lets you change the protections of mappings which already exist.
since we didn't talk about SIGSEGV much in the last thread, perhaps that could be the focus of this one?

A few days ago, something really interesting happened: For the first time, an AI generated a mathematical proof that was not yet known: https://www.erdosproblems.com/728

In most cases where this has happened, it was later discovered that a solution already existed in the literature, but this problem had been formulated incorrectly and was only corrected a few months ago, which means there was no prior literature on it.

Sometimes of you say that AI will be limited by "not being able to create new things," but I think this case shows that it's not quite like that at all, and that most people are still underestimating AIs.

It says right there similar results proven by similar methods. The proof method existed. Anyone that made this connection by wading through a bunch of literature could have done this.

If you want to try another traditional medium combination go with "colored pencils and copic markers on textured paper".

NAT is not something you configure in the BIOS. The firmware has no idea if it's behind NAT or something else entirely, all that it knows is that it sent a screenshot to ime.intel.com and got a 200 OK back.
