some models can output video via usb-c, but I don't think this one can do ityou may be able to unlock it if you plug in a keyboard using a USB OTG cable and inputting something like <ENTER> <passcode> <ENTER>though to really get anywhere, you'd ideally need to have another samsung device (with one ui) so that you can try it there first and get a better idea of the sequence of keystrokes you'd need to issueonce you make it past the lock screen, the next step would be to enable USB or wireless debugging, and then scrcpy will let you view the screen and interact with the phone from your PC
